When I ordered my new car from CBVC they talked through the options proficiently. advising me of an approximate delivery with what I wanted, I placed the vehicle order and was kept upto date throughout the whole order process, the paperwork was easy to understand and the car arrived on time and in perfect condition, I was given the full handover which made me feel special, thanks CBVC for another great transaction, will be looking to order my next car in 3 years

We have quite a few vehicles from CBVC on a yearly basis, from the very first car they have arranged/delivered for us to the most recent the service provided has always been world class.

I have not hesitated in recommending CBVC to family and friends who are looking for assistance with leasing vehicles, the thing I like the most is there is always someone friendly and helpful at the end of the phone when ever you need assistance.

Recieved my new car during December 2014, very efficient service, the commincation level was great from start to finish.

After looking around at many leasing companies I found CBVC to be the most helpful. They really helped me understand the leasing process and help choose a suitable vehicle. In the end I ordered the car through them and everything was straightforward. They contacted me at various stages before and after to ensure there were no issues.

Car windscreen had been cleaned (or perhaps not) with a greasy rag. After cleaning it several times my self, the screen still steams up regularly due to this residue.

The lease charge represents great value for money.

Although there was a fairly long lead time on the car communication during this period was exactly as CBVC had told me it would be and when the car was delivered it was done with the minimum of disturbance to my own routine.

It is only a little and cheap car but all of CBVC's people made it seem important to them. When I replace my big expensive Audi I will certainly look at CBVC first.

The communication with Cbvc was great, and they went out of their way to help.
