Course delivered on all aspects of the training outlined in the pre course info. The instructor was a 'time served' plumber with seemingly infinite knowledge of all plumbing issues likely to be encountered. The course was well structured and communicated in a friendly, engaging and hands on experience. Definitely confident to tackle a few projects at home including bathroom and kitchen plumbing as well as remedial works for friends and family.
Thanks to Lee for his knowledge and patience.

Completed a kitchen course and great got few jobs to do, just want highlight that I got stuck on the job, gave John Little a call and received after care from him, Top guy helpful even after the course is over.

I’ve just finished the intensive tiling course (2 weekends) hosted by Gwyn

The course was fantastic all questions I had were answered in a way I could understand

I left the course feeling confident in my abilities to be able to tile not only my own home but others aswell to a decent standard

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my last two weekends spent here learning and being told Gwyns stories about customers he’s worked for and experiences he’s had

Tutor was brilliant, explained everything clearly in layman's terms so was easily understandable and ready to answer questions and give encouraging feedback.
Would definitely use again for other courses and/or progressing to the NVQ Level 2 Plumbing.
Felt at ease and welcomed, was especially nervous coming from an accountancy background and being female in a mostly male dominated trade.
Special thank you to our tutor Lee who made this experience so informative yet fun and something I'll definitely remember forever.

I spent 5 amazing days at the academy, met new friends from the UK and different parts of the world, and our instructor Lee was very professional and went through every single bit with us and answered our questions very clearly. If anyone wants to start his plumbing journey I advise him to start with Lee at CBWA.

I’m a 35 year old women who has zero DIY experience. I want to re-tile some places in the house and I had no idea where to start!
I booked on this course and it was brilliant. The positivity, advice and encouragement was great and really gave me the skills and knowledge to give it a go.
I was nervous being a women going into a male dominated environment but I didn’t have to worry as the teachers were all amazing and I never felt out of place.
I will be back for other courses!

I recently completed the level 1 in carpentry and can say that it was a fantastic experience. Credit to the knowledgeable tito, John,on his teaching style and experiences. Learnt quite a lot in such a short amount of time.

Very useful, informative course and done in a way so everyone of all capabilities learns and enjoys their time there. John was an excellent teacher and takes time with everyone so each person properly understands everything. Would definitely advise doing the kitchen fitting course however experienced or not you might be.

I recently attended a locksmith course at CBWA and I would highly recommend this course to anyone who is interested in becoming a locksmith. I travelled up from London and it was definitely worth the journey. Ollie the teacher was very noligable and very happy to answer question and explain them fully when we asked. I learnt alot and now fill I know enough to start doing locksmith work independently.

As a middle aged female, I was skeptical about attending a male dominated trades course (locksmithing). I needn't have worried. The course was fantastic, easy to book, good training materials and a brilliant instructor (Ollie) who went above and beyond in patience and advice to get me to where I needed to be. The group was small enough that everyone had plenty of time to practice and time for lots of questions. The facility was easy to get to and the free tea and coffee was a bonus!
Would highly recommend regardless of ability.
