I had a terrible experience dealing with Gustavo Galvez. I re-requested insurance certs for our mutual client, it was my mistake as I had already received the certificates. The way Gustavo handled it was very unprofessional. He called and angrily harassed my co-workers who are not involved at all. He then sent an angry, unprofessional email claiming to have called and faxed a ton of times,
"I am trying very hard to keep calm as I type this email out.
We've called, EMAILED, FAXED and called again MANY TIMES - come to find out you only work in the office 2 days a week - so maybe we should have a response today?"
I did not re-reach out to his client until yesterday evening so I am unsure when he tried to call a ton other than this morning. When I asked that in the future Gustavo email me instead of yelling at my coworkers his email reply was even more unprofessional with lots of Cap-locks and even the happy admission of being unprofessional "Again...I agree with the unprofessional statement, you are very correct. You have my sincerest apologies, but I stand by the MANNER in which I did this because the GOAL was reached."
I'm not sure how this man thinks as a professional insurance agent it is okay to act like this. Our mutual client emailed an apology on their agents behalf because they did not like the way Gustavo acted.

I recommend this company they are working nice thank you very much Nick. And I am happy to work with them Nick help me for everything and he gives me good price more cheaper then other insurance company and he finished my paper work before time off I appreciate guys thank you.

We have several other insurance companies we have to deal with and hands down CBW personal are always on top of their game. I request for certificate holder names added and they've always had them completed and returned in a blink of the eye. The other 2 companies I have to email call and re-call and they hardly ever place the information that has been requested to be placed on description area. Our broker knows what he's doing and the other 2 will call for clarification all the time like what kind of company are you. Your like it's the name of the company. Just shows how much they care for you if they don't know your business. You think the 20K I pay a year would. Unfortunately if I could I would have all my insurance needs run through CBW.

I always get a prompt response from Taza for any questions I may have, and Sophia Guzman sends me the certs I request almost immediately. Very happy with the service.

This company has a great team that accommodates every insurance need. Sophia, Rick, and of course Nick, are very knowledgeable and have been easy to work with. I’m so appreciative for their kind and speedy service. Definitely recommending to everyone.

I always recommend rick brown to my co-softplay mommies. It’s really hard to find a softplay insurance but rick was very accommodating and very helpful. Every time I need a permit for my clients he always make sure I get it on time even if it’s the last minute request. I am glad I found this company.
