Extremely unprofessional and suspicious behaviour — warning to others
I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company/website
Today I contacted their so-called “Customer Support” with a simple question about withdrawal. Instead of receiving help, I was met with a series of insulting and unprofessional replies (see attached screenshots).
Their messages included shocking phrases such as:
• “Go get a life”
• “Stop trying to clown yourself”
• “Don’t waste our time”
This is absolutely unacceptable behaviour for any legitimate company. A real business would never treat customers like this. I have saved all screenshots with timestamps and will report this case to my bank and the relevant authorities.
⚠️ Please be very careful — do not provide them with personal or financial information and do not send them any payments until their legitimacy is properly verified.
