Terrible service, scam operators.
Cheated me out of €400.07 for a broken watch wrong specifications, i didnt order, completely wrong watch.
All shoppers beware...do not deal with these people, CDO watches.
They have a fake platform on Etsy for the past 15 years called George rubio design.
They pretend the payment method does not work on the Etsy site and email then you to deal directly with them instead.
Etsy did nothing to help get my money back, so not to be trusted either...
I ordered my watch in April 13th 2026, The broken wrong watch arrived 6 weeks later, it's now almost July 2026 and much communication on my part, via email, messages etc have resulted in only being ignored.
Please avoid this seller, there are more honorable and honest watch suppliers out there, CDO watches are not one of them...
Good luck in your online shopping, pity there are so many scam artists out there now....be very careful.

If i could give zero stars i would. These people are running a scam. They tel you they have the watch you want, collect payment, then tell you the watch is out of stock. They then will not refund the money and try to get you to buy something else. Who knows if that would even come. Run away from these thieves,

A wonderful experience. Your team supported me very enthusiastically. The Rolex watch is very beautiful.

Before buying they are super helpful and responsive also the shipping was okayish, yes it took rather long, but still they communicate while being processed.
However they do not ship what they offer or promise on their website. A mechanical automatic movement was offered but they shipped cheap quartz watch.
They told me this must have been a mistake and will look how they can send me the ordered watch but this seems all just words. After a while they just go in ghost mode.

Please stay away from them, doesn’t seem to be an honest business.

They forced me to bring a case with PAYPAL. They did not deliver item after numerous requests to refund they simply have gone mute. They offered a refund then stalled and lied and it has been a terrible and painful experience. Be warned. I went against my gut feeling they were a scam and dishonest company and sure enough I got burned.

Bought a Speedmaster hassalite box and papers. Hand wounded movement seagull st1901. For $479 (reasonable price)

What I got was a cheap knock off with a copy of a Miyota 2815 movement with no working chronograph.

Mentioned it to them, they are not responding what so ever. They are active on Etsy as well.
