No knowledge at local level.
Helped me to place my order on line, as not dealt with in branch.
Item was delivered on 19th Feb, but would not switch on. I visited the branch who were unable to advise, as they had not experienced the item at all, and told me to ring the on-line number, who passed me on to Rointe helpline. They were most helpful, and have organised a replacement.

Very poor, will not buy from again
Very poor customer service. Item was faulty so I returned it to the shop. No more in stock so I was told I would be notified when another one was in. No-one bothered to phone so I had to keep calling. I eventually had to go and collect a replacement a WEEK later but still no refund for the original one. Phoned several more times to chase it up and was told the person I needed to speak to had just nipped to Asda. I will not be buying from you again.
