Never got a collection notice for order. Website said shop open. Drove 20 min to shop to find it closed.

Diy'er using CEF
Noting I'm a diy'er not an electrician I found the staff friendly and helpful, especially in correcting a mistake I made in the order. Had everything I wanted in stock. No complaints as regards the Workington branch. Only minor negative, I found the website search function not easy to use. Otherwise would recommend.

They kept my click and collect order for me
I ordered a heater to collect in store. It arrived early while I was out of area but they kept it for me and I picked it up on my return. Great little heater, thanks guys
