I would love this company to be shut down for good - they are money stealing from innocent people - I never received my ordered items from October 2025!! They give a vague email response after a week or two of me sending one….. they don’t deserve to be trading - can someone please close their trade so they do not claim any more victims !!!

Appalling company. I ordered something in July, they didn’t ship it and didn’t reply to my emails about it. I then saw all the scam warnings about non-shipment online, so I raised a dispute with my bank. They refunded immediately. I told Celcius that I’d done this. I then received the item a few weeks later, shipped after I’d raised the dispute. (Still never actually sent a shipping notification.) Fast forward to mid December when I get an email from a debt collection agency in SA saying I owe over 5x the amount of what I’d originally paid - I had heard NOTHING from Celcius beauty about this. No request to re-pay for the item, nothing. First step is a “final warning” from debt collectors! Atrocious business practice. Never ever buy from them!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Items were ordered over 6 weeks ago. No tracking was given, and the information on the order confirmation was blank. I have followed up multiple times. Company did not want to refund the purchase, and kept advising the products were on their way (when they clearly were not). They ignored messages where I asked for the order to be cancelled and money refunded. I have now taken up this matter with my bank, as this company refuse to refund my money.
Avoid using this company!

Review Part 2: After lodging a dispute with my bank and Celcius sending the package, the dispute with the bank was closed and payment of goods was settled. However weeks after, Celcius have sent me an email requesting to close the dispute and make payment in 72 hours to avoid debt recovery fees! This company is so quick to take your money, so slow to respond or deliver what you have paid for (if you even get the delivery), but won’t miss an opportunity to contact you for funds they aren’t entitled to. Avoid this business and save yourself the hassle. Take your business elsewhere!

This website is a scam. I made the payment, but the item was never shipped, and they completely ignored all my emails. Do NOT trust this seller. I’m now requesting a chargeback through my bank.

I have purchased a product in late October 2025 and have reached out to this company and numerous occasions and have never received my exfoliating cleanser . $65 i will never see again

They took my money and never shipped items. No response on my emails or Facebook messages. Scam.

Fraudulent site, my order has not been received and they do not respond to emails, you get an automated response with no follow up. Do not buy.

I ordered a GHD straighter and hair protection for $381 over 4 months ago. I never got a tracking number, they never respond to any of my emails. They are complete scammers. I’m currently going through my bank to get a refund but it has been such a drawn out nightmare! I don’t understand how they are still operating when so many people have been scammed. So disappointing!!

I have waited over 5 weeks for a hair toner. Contacted them and got no response. Contacted again and was told it should be here last week. Still no order. I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. Will be trying to get my money back

Scam company, do not buy from them!

Product ordered 30/06, never received. Slow response ro emails. Following request for refund, supplier promised the product would be received within a week. A month and several emails later: still no product and no refund. Reported to ACCC, trying to claim money back via my bank. Shonky business!

Purchased skin care. Immediate confirmation and money deducted. 2 weeks later no updates, several emails sent with no response. Scam company don’t use.

Don’t buy from them! Scammer! I ordered products 2 weeks ago and hasn’t arrived! Scammer!!

Didn’t receive my order, they didn’t reply to my emails nor an Instagram message. Over a month later and still no product or email from them.
