This is by far one of the WORST online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩I placed an order and never received an order number, confirmation, or tracking information, nothing. It’s literally as if the order doesn’t exist, except they definitely took my money. It’s right there in my bank transactions.

The ONLY time they responded was after I left a review, and suddenly they could “expedite” my order. That alone was a red flag.

Then the jeans finally arrive and they look NOTHING like what was advertised. Not the same fit, not the same design, completely different. I paid over $100 for these, and what I received feels like false advertising.

Now that I’ve reached out again? Silence. No responses to my emails at all.

At this point, I’m disputing the charge with my bank because this entire situation is unprofessional and unacceptable.

No order number. No communication. Misleading product. Ignored customer.

Please don’t waste your money here

The most disgusting experience I have ever had!!!! Shitty clothes,not delivering on time, not responding to emails,zero respect to clients! Dont buy from them

DISTASTEFUL, DISAPPOINTING, AND CHEAP!!!!!!! OMG! I ordered and outfit and shoe! The outfit hadn’t reach when I ordered the shoe. When I got the outfit it was so thin! The shoes I ordered express shipping it wasn’t sent till two weeks after the order was placed and they gave me nothing but endless excuses! Only for when it finally reached it was cheap as hell and was nothing like what they had on the site itself. What I got was way different AND DID I MENTION CHEAP?!! CHEAP!!!! THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE DARN PRICES THEY PUT UP! EVEN SHEIN IS WAY BETTER! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Also, in addition to all I’ve said, they aren’t a European based store! They are straight from China! All a lie! Big scam!
AGAIN! AVOID BY ALL MEANS!!

Do not buy from this site , dress is nothing like on the website.Disappointed is an understatement.
Sewing is dodgy, dress is too long the fabric is ,horrible, the pattern is nothing like on the website.

I wish I could rate it negative stars. This company is a total scam, items look nothing like what they do online. I wouldn't have paid so much as 1 euro for the 60 euro dress I purchased, it is truly awful & unwearable. They don't offer refunds, just store credits that you can't even apply to your cart. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

The clothes is nothing like what is advertised and when you reach out for refund they offer store credit like why would someone want store credit if they have no intention of showing on they awful site again

Orders take forever despite paying for fast track. Standard delivery is 4-5 days so you would expect fast track is quicker. Well over one week later and still nothing.

If I could leave a minus review I would. They are a scam. Do not buy.

Horrible. It’s not like in the picture. It’s a fake page. Pay 60€ for the Celestia midnight dress but it’s a copy from a famous designer and from cheap materials. I wouldn’t buy this if the price would be 1€. They won’t give my money back and don’t reply so I must solve my problem with PayPal. Pleas stay away from this shop.

NOCTA MINI DRESS un timo total! El vestido es un trapo, no se parece para nada a la foto, no vale ni 5 euros, ni tiene forma, no está bordado ni tiene lentejuelas, NADA! NO DEVUELVEN EL DINERO, se pasan la política de devolución por el forro y solo te ofrecen un vale para volver a comprar. NO COMPRÉIS NADA. Es un fraude en toda regla!

Horrible. I'm trying to get a refund but of course, no one has responded. The quality of the dresses is very bad.

STAY AWAY! As many comments say, their products are nothing like the pictures, it’s just cheap copies coming from China. It took a while to receive it as well.

The dress I bought is so short it doesn’t cover the necessary parts, the customer service is awful too. Now reading the comments I’m no longer sure if it even makes sense to return that Chinese replicate peace as I also have to pay for the shipments, which apparently seems to not guarantee a refund anyways.

I’m never buying anything from the ads again.

Awful service! Item poor quality, nothing like the images and after several ignored emails from me trying to return the item they have the cheek to say “you are way past the return period”. Yes I am because you didn’t respond!!

Horrible website. They have used photos of a more expensive Arcina Dress, made their own cheap copy but not actually taken photos of their dress they have used to designers photos. They therefore send you a dress that looks nothing like the photos then expect you to pay to return the item. My shipping to Ireland cost me nearly £14 and they keep ignoring my emails when I ask for this to be refunded. Horrific customer service, do not order

Ya han cerrado la página y nos han timado, una vergüenza que se pueda permitir este tipo de cosas.
Pienso denunciar porque encima no llegaron a enviarme nunca nada, solo hice un pedido que anule a la hora y no me devolvieron el dinero.

Celestia europe es un timo, mandaron un iphone de plástico 400€. Creo q ya han cerrado la página. Desconfiar de páginas con 4 productos, muy baratos

compre el iphone 13 el 18 de abril, han pasado casi tres semanas y sigo sin tener noticias de el, me meto a la página y ahora me dice que la página no existe, unos estafadores, pienso denunciar.

Basicamente me han timado he comprado un movil por wallapop y todavía no me ha llegado ni me llegara ya han pasado 3 semanas y se supone que tardaba 3 dias, me han timado 350 euros, no compreis nada en esta pagina es un timo.
