The joy I felt when I unwrapped my box of 20-odd crystals was off the chart. I have purchased many many crystals over the past two years from various online stores around the country - this was my first from Celestial Stones. I found them when looking for a stone that I couldn't find at my usual places and then was pleasantly surprised to find a few that I didn’t know. The eco packaging was much appreciated after the excessive plastic bubble wrap used in other stores...
The little free gift I received was a lovely touch.
Most importantly was that the beauty, quality and energy of the crystals I received was the best.

Horrible
Horrible
They do not follow ACCC guidelines believe their own rules apply over legislation.
Block the customer due to them trying to find a resolution as per ACCC before they proceed
Ignores all emails.
Refunds without the customer permission and then 2 weeks later no refund has been recieved.
The owner is horrible no care or compassion for the Law.
I have followed up on another email today let’s see if after two weeks they reply or ignore their customers after breaking several legislations.
Her response is a lie. No blackmailing. Following ACCC dispute resolution before they investigate which they will be and you’re refusing. You never requested what I paid for. I paid for a $500 box discounted to $50 that is what I paid for you offered something completely different.
I will not be bullied by a business and made to feel in the wrong when I am not. There has been no harrassment you have never been sent more than two messages in a row, never asked for contact to be seized I am stating a true review based on everything that I have proof of.

Hi Sam,
Your order was refunded on the day placed due to a pricing error on our website as told numerous times through email. Prior to me refunding your order, I reached out and offered to send out what was actually paid for. Which was declined and a refund was then processed to you immediately.
No legislations or laws have been broken and I have every right to cancel any order provided a full refund has been provided.
Unfortunately black mailing, harassing and spreading dishonest information into getting me to send you $750 worth of crystals, that you paid $50 for is ridiculous and will get you blocked.
