Terrible quality. Stay away.

I received a scuffers hoodie which doesn’t fit how I’d like, I’ve requested to send back the item 3 times over the past week to their support team on email, as according to the website that’s the only way to return an item. I still haven’t heard back from the team. Not happy with the customer service, how does it take over a week to wait to here back about returning an item when you have only 30 days to return it.

I would give negative stars if I could. I purchased a dress for my baby shower in July 25. When I received the dress it was supposed to be full length and it wasn’t so I contacted customer services who said they would try to source a longer dress. In the meantime I found an alternative option as my baby shower was only a few weeks away, so therefore request to return and refund. They tried to convince me not to return the dress, but I insisted I wanted to return it as I had ordered the same dress elsewhere for a fraction of the price so I would never wear it, and equally wouldn’t wear it due to the length
I had to send pictures of the front and back of the dress, fill out a form, and send the tracking information, and was told this would all be reviewed on receipt of the return and a refund processed. I chased multiple times and never had the refund or an update. And the item has been returned to me in the post stating ‘unclaimed’. I emailed customer services again and the email bounced back to me.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are a total scam. I ordered two dresses on accident and they wouldn’t allow me to cancel one of them. Once they arrived, the dresses look nothing like the photo nor did it fit right even after looking at their measurement guide. When I tried returning, they said I was unable to even though their website states a 30 day return window. After emailing them a million times, they finally said they could offer a %20 refund. At that point, it wasn’t even worth going back and forth. Very unprofessional and misleading. 1/10

It’s a fraud. Extremely cheap quality but charged at a high rate! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. There is no customer service to follow up.

I ordered a dress and it arrived. But the dress was too big and I have contacted them multiple times to arrange a return and refund but they won't respond. Scam website and they won't return your money if item isn't right.

SCAM WEBSITE!!! Quality of the apparel sent did not at all match the photos on the website. Extremely low quality materials.

I then requested a return and paid for their return label, and now the product is on a CLEARANCE DELAY in Shanghai, saying "Importer has refused to accept the shipment. Recommended action: Shipper must provide further instructions." I used the label THEY provided me! I have tried emailing them twice to get an update on the return and they have not responded.

I ordered from them 8/25/25, shipment was delivered 9/12/25, I requested a return on 9/17/25, shipped back 10/3/25 (I was out of town), it hit a clearance delay 10/9/25 in Shanghai, and I emailed them 10/15/25 and 10/20/25. I still have not heard back as of typing this review on 10/23/25.

Edit: Still never heard ANYTHING (as of today 2/24/26) from them after emailing several times. They ghosted me after scamming several hundred dollars.

I purchased a dress, but the delivery failed and I never received my order. Now I’m unable to access the website to request a refund because the site isn’t working. I would like assistance in resolving this issue or receiving my refund as soon as possible.

Do not fall for this scam website!! They are very obviously stealing photos from legitimate websites such as Babyboo Fashion, Runaway The Label etc and claiming they are their own. They are a dropshipper so whatever you order will come straight from China and will not be anywhere close to what you were expecting to receive. Absolutely horrible quality. I don’t know how the owner of this website is sleeping at night knowing they are ripping people off like this.

Do NOT order from this company. My experience has been a complete disaster and strongly suggests fraudulent or scam-like behavior.
I returned my order over one month ago and have yet to receive my full refund.
Key Issues:
1. Non-Response: Customer service is non-existent. I have sent multiple follow-up emails and messages with zero response or update on my refund status.
2. Product Quality: The items received (dresses) were of extremely poor quality and looked nothing like the photos advertised on the website.
3. Company Status: Most concerningly, the company's website is currently not functioning/down. This complete lack of customer service, combined with a defunct website and an outstanding refund, leads me to believe this is a scam.
I am immediately filing a chargeback with my bank and reporting this company to consumer protection agencies. AVOID. They take your money, ship poor-quality goods, and then vanish.

So, 2 weeks had gone by and still this company is ignoring me - and I understand many others. How are these thieves allowed to continue to rip people off - it's simple, people are more that happy to pay a fair price for goods but what we are not happy to do is pay for something which has been totally misrepresented on a social media platform. I'm not sure why this is so difficult comprehend - it's really very straightforward !!! Perhaps someone could at least answer that question ..... & before you ask, my order # is 1346 - information I have emailed to the company about 7 or 8 times now!!!

NEGATIVE 5 stars!! The dress was a knockoff and the fabric felt like it was made of the same material that cheap costumes are made of. It was too small. I ordered the EXACT same dress from another website THE SAME SIZE and the quality was fantastic and it fit perfectly. Celine the label is a SCAMMER!! I attempted to return the dress and was informed they have a 30-day return policy, and there is no where on the website to leave a review. They know exactly what they’re doing that’s why they implemented the 30-day return policy and no where to leave reviews on the website.

If i could do a lower review i would. This website is a joke, i got influenced by their marketing to buy a dress and when it arrived the quality wad horrible and it was not at all what it looked like on the website, temu has better quality items than the do. Save your money and dont order from this site, also they wont refund you even though they tell you they will and if you want to send the item back you have to pay for shipping which is more than what you pay for those dresses.

I wish I could grade lower! I returned a parcel back in August and I can see the parcel has been returned but have not received any money from my items and they are now ignoring my emails. I have lost the best part of £200, the items I returned were completely unused. Do not even bother looking, their items are terrible quality and it’s a complete scam!!

I ordered their ‘Esmeralda’ dress and it honestly looks a lot like the pictures. I was pleasantly surprised because I read a lot of bad reviews on here and reddit. The quality is not that bad, it’s definitely better than SHEIN but you can tell it is still cheaply manufactured. Overall the fit is perfect, it looks beautiful, it arrived exactly on time, but the quality is a bit like a tablecloth. 4/5 stars honest review.

Once I complained they blocked me so I can’t see the website or return policy anymore. I noticed this because when I check with another phone the website re appears..

The return policy is a scam, you need to pay the shipping cost to china and they deduct customs money for the return. So basically you end up not having any of the money returned !!

I’m shocked this website is still open!!!!!! Should be closed immediately

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY …Absolutely terrible quality ! I paid £63 for a pink dress and the quality is the worst material I have ever seen.
I complained and then was told it would be $50 to return it ! What an absolute joke !!!!

Do not use this company, they are a bunch of con artist shithouses.My daughter ordered a dress from them for her 21st birthday and when it finally arrived the dress was severely damaged and not fit to wear. It looked nothing like the picture on line and when she’s complained they offered her a refund as long as she paid 35 pound to return it. My daughter then asked if they would refund the 35pounds once the item was returned and they told her she wouldn’t be refunded the full amount. Avoid at all costs

Unfortunately it's a scam. The dress resembles what I ordered, however the dress is so thin you can basically see through it. It's very poor quality, it's an absolute waste as you have to throw it in the bin. And now the Celina website is down as well.
Items are shipped straight from China, so maybe you are very unaware of the awful quality that is being distributed, but the fact that your website is now all of the sudden down today, makes me doubt that.
I find the odd 4-5 star review for you interesting as well.
Do consider yourself reported for fraud though.
