I had an excellent experience using Centiment for my dissertation research. The platform made data collection efficient and stress-free by quickly connecting me with my target population. This eliminated one of the most challenging parts of the research process.
The SPSS-ready dataset was especially valuable, as it allowed me to focus on preparing my variables and conducting my analyses rather than spending time on data cleaning. The data were well-organized and easy to work with, which made the transition into analysis seamless.
Derrick was outstanding throughout the process. He provided clear, easy-to-understand instructions and was incredibly helpful in ensuring everything ran smoothly.

Centiment is my go-to survey service when I have pretty niche audiences to look for. They can take a while to run if they're hyper-specific, but often they're quicker than I expect. I also like having a dedicated representative who's familiar with the surveys and audiences I've run in the past.

Once we launched, Centiment's soft launch reporting was clear and thorough, and Hannah helped us feel confident moving into full fielding. We hit our target sample size and had a great distribution across key demographics. Overall, Centiment was fast, reliable, and incredibly supportive.
