On may 4th i moved to Dallas from Richardson I called Central Dentist to see if they take patients she told yes i told her i have UHC dental insurance and I'm retired she told me we do take them , i came on may 6 2026
they took my id card and right away they took me to do teeth cleaning after we are done they took me to accounting office they surprise me with a bill 620.00$, i lost my mind i said why they told you are not in network i said why you did not tell me that im not in network she said i dont know she put in chair for 12 min
she came back said sorry we will charge you 170.00 instead 620.00 i said my insurance told me i have insurance you dont pay for regular cleaning , and another lady her name emily we will send the claim to your insurance , what they did they send it for oral test not cleaning claim , my insurance they told they are tacking advantage of you do not pay 170.00, so i called Lakisha she work central dentist , she tricked me she told me
pay 170.00 we will send them the cleaning claim, i checked with UHC Dental they told we got the claim but they request to get the payment to them, UHS dental called they try to help me , we put them on the phone
3 way we spoke jay she said she is office MGR, witch she is lying she said i will have Lakisha will contact you , UHC they stopped the payment immediately, so i went to the office on may 27 she lied and ask what i want i told her want to speak to Dr Jill she don't talk to patients you scammed me you know what you did ,
to them this is normal practice , they dragged me in to scam me , , UHC insurance filed a complain to medicare fraud dept, Lakisaha is ripping of customers she thing its right what she did,
uhc told me when they send it will send you 61.00 $
