OK just tedious with paperwork ,kept wanting the pension predicted by doing Gov .UK but that kept saying zero as too young

Friendly prompt team
Friendly, prompt and helpful team. Documentation received straight away once initial application made and they phoned to check reasons and affordability and then made their offer. They made sure I understood everything prior to signing and costs and answered any questions. Once proof of identity and consent given funds were transferred.

Professionalism
I have to say from start to finish the correspondence was very professional and extremely quick. As soon as information was required we knew straight away, meaning going forward we could move quick also. It made the process a lot easier. The agents, Lee,Natalie from loan UK and Emily from Central Trust were fantastic during process both via e-mail and telephone. Couldn't praise them enough. Fantastic team.

Incredible company
Incredible company. Empathetic and supportive staff that know how to offer customers a package that suits them. I was fed up with automated systems from the standard banks.
