Great service
Great service , kept up to date all the way through the process, everything was fully explained over the phone in simple understandable terms. No question I had was made to feel like it was a silly question.

A professional company
From my first contact with Central trust it was apparent that I was dealing with a very professional company. They asked me all the questions and then informed me off all the options available to me so I could make the correct decision. The staff are very friendly and I would say they go over and above to help you. They keep you informed throughout your application process and have a quick payout once your application has been approved. I would recommend this company to anyone

Gave me confidence in the standard of the company with how thorough they are, no stone was left unturned, however that sometimes became annoying with the level of detail they go into, which also for me made the process longer than anticipated, having said that would still recommend and staff very efficient and pleasant.

Service was good but somewhat protracted. Took much longer to complete than expected. Kept requesting more information at different stages rather than requesting all information at the beginning. Completed very quickly when all I formation was received. Very pleasant staff

Applied to Central trust for a second charge mortgage.
From the very beginning the process was streamlined from the person taking the first call to the advisor and then through messaging. I was updated and kept abreast of developments in my case throughout the process. Richard went above and beyond to get us the very best deal possible, a special mention to Steph who kept us updated. The whole team has been phenomenal paying extra care to their clientele and making sure that the product offered was the best for the client. Would highly recommend Central trust.

Absolutely useless organisation
Absolutely useless and even strange organisation. I am the owner of a house worth over £400K without a mortgage and wanted to borrow only £35K for 3 years. But I was denied because my annual income is less than £22.5K. This is completely stupid reason for refusal, ignoring the fact that I am applying for a loan on the security of my house, the cost of which was ten times more than the amount I needed.
