Decent Programs, Terrible Customer Service (if you can call it that)
Though the overall software is decent, the customer service is the absolute worst. I would avoid it solely because of that. They only use email and it can take days for them to get back to you. Most of the time, they don't even address the issue or concern. They spew back auto-generated responses that do not help. Sometimes they can't even find your account and you go back and forth for days trying to prove to them you do have an active account you pay for! It's the most ridiculous thing. Any company who has business as clients should have a direct rep for that company or at the very least a phone number. I DO NOT RECOMMEND utilizing Emburse, Nexonia or any of their tools. It's not worth the stress they cause and there are so many better products out there!
