Ho comprato una tshirt armani in un outlet... era un regalo per mio fretello, ma un'amica mi ha detto che se sembrava di bassa qualita per essere di quella marca. Ho provato a verificare col certilogo ed è risultata falsa!

Bought a watch on eBay which was authenticated; My authenticate watch arrived today, along with the eBay authentication card with QR code to 'see the journey your items been on'. This qr code takes me to an eBay banded Certilogo webpage where I can see my item and a button that says 'show me'. Upon clicking the button I'm redirected to the certilgo homepage. So no way to actually see the certification etc.

Incredibly laggy, useless site. Requires you to log-in to just check for legitimacy of an item. It’s just a data hoarder

This website is utter garbage. Lagging for ages, forcing you to re-upload the same picture over and over again, never managed to get a single useful result out of it...

Bought a stone island item off eBay and it’s definitely authentic but the Certilogo just won’t scan. It says contact the seller and ask for a soa. But I have the item in front of me. What a complete waste of time it is because by the time Certilogo get back to me I will of missed my window to return the product

Wish I knew theyre a scam. I purchased an apparatus for my neck but got once for lower lumbar by mistake. Now Im trying to return it but emailed endless times and still awaiting response. Reporting to Consumer Affairs

Absolutely terrible website!! Lagging is disgraceful!! All I’d like to do is check the authenticity of my product. But no, it has to drag me around the houses and lag for ages. Literally 25 minutes to check one item! Just spins and spins!! Back in the day you used to be able to type in the code and it’d pop up!! WHY HAVE YOU GOT TO OVER COMPLICATE A SIMPLE PROCESS YOU MORONS

They have started asking for too much information for a simple certilogo check. Which seller on an auction site is going to know how to create a seal of authenticity? Big gap in the market for a site where you just put in the number and it gives you the answer.

Oserei dire ridicoli per essere gentile, ho inviato almeno 30 foto per ben 4 invii al loro sito dedicato ……dell’articolo dell’etichetta del certilogo del QR dell’articolo completo fotografato per intero nei particolari, nelle etichette interne nelle cuciture nei bottoni… del sito dove ho acquistato, per ben tre volte mi hanno detto che le foto non sono ben visibili… Con le stesse foto vendo sui siti come eBay, Subito.it ed altri solo dal 2006 e le foto sono chiarissime… Veramente un servizio ridicolo non perdete tempo non danno risposte certe e secondo il mio punto di vista non sono in grado neanche di darle. Ma fatevi qualche domanda oppure controllate chi gestisce le richieste attraverso il sito forse c’è qualcuno che deve cambiare mestiere.

Fake site! In the box of some sneakers I ordered, I received a piece of paper with a QR code from this site. On the website they appeared to be genuine, although they were fake. I do not recommend the site, it is a lie and a scam!

It’s scam.

To register with them, you need to provide them with a password for your Google account or Facebook account. They don't have the usual standard registration. They collect your passwords. Be vigilant.

I purchased an Emporio Armani sweatshirt on Amazon, and when it arrived, I scanned the label I found inside to verify its authenticity. Within seconds, it confirmed that the sweatshirt was authentic, and I breathed a sigh of relief. Excellent and useful service!

Awful authentication process - badly coded website that requires registration and asks for way too much information for a simple authentication other providers and brands can do with 1 QR-code and website.

Nice website to check and see if your product is authentic or not.
