A special thanks to the drivers brother Asif, Yaseen, Sajjad, and Shaan Elahi—all were courteous, friendly, and drove safely, making each journey comfortable and stress-free. Good communication, timekeeping and good pricing

I would like to thank chacha taxi for the professionalism in which my requests were handled. Their responses were timely. Prices were really affordable and cheaper than what I have seen elsewhere online. Chacha taxi is also very flexible which I liked a lot and he listens to the demand /plea of his clients while staying truthful and honest. I even took advices from him for certain of my ziarat trips and he recommended I take uber for my best interests. The drivers sent were punctual and also very thoughtful. For instance for my madina to makkah transfer I had my chair reclined and a neck pillow offered to be so that I can rest. Similarly for my Makkah to Jeddah trip, the driver yaseen offered me free water and kind enough to allow me to buy food before heading to the airport. The drivers can manage in English which is also great and they are very friendly individuals. Their driving skills are great and no instances of dangerous driving was noted which I thank them. I would definitely recommend chacha taxi and look forward to securing his services next time I am in Saudi for sure inshallah.
