I spoke to both the sales person and the I think the owner of the business at this location and I have to say the help and support I had was absolutely fantastic. Diagnosing the part that I needed was very simple and very quick and recommended to me was putting the post and delivered to me the gentleman and I spoke to actually took me through how to take the chair apart without the tool just using a shockwave from a hammer have to say it was absolutely brilliant, and I would recommend this organisation to just about anyone

Adrian at The Chair Clinic was brilliantly helpful on advising me which gas lift I needed to repair my office chair. He also gave an option for a taller option, which was ideal. My order arrived very quickly with FedEx, and tracking was available. It was packaged well and so arrived in perfect condition. The part was easy to install and looks great. I can highly recommend The Chair Clinic which saved me a small fortune over buying a whole new office chair for the sake of the gas lift.

Shopping with the Chair Clinic was great. I was looking to get new pads for the armrests on my desk chair at home, and couldn't get them from the original supplier of the chair. It seemed silly to throw the entire chair away so I shopped around.
I didn't know what I was looking for so as I was browsing on the Chair Clinic page when the chat popped up asking me if I had any questions I asked them how I would know which kinds of pads I need. The guy (girl?) on the chat asked me for pictures of the armrests (including how it was attached) and he was able to link me to the exact armrests I needed (you apparently can't change out the pads alone on this kind). This is absolutely stellar service as I had no idea which one to go and might have spent an hour browsing with very little idea of which one to choose.

The new armrests arrived promptly and they were easy to fit. I can't recommend these guys enough.

Can high recommend shopping with the Chair Clinic for spare parts and given the level of service next time I need an entire chair I'm quite likely to look them up again.

Truly fantastic service. Hadn't a clue what I was doing but the website and videos made it clear what I needed and how to do it. The chair lift came quickly and was well packaged, and when I realised I'd make a mistake (due to my own stupidity) I called up and they were super helpful and talked me though what to do to make things right and avoid buying any more parts unnecessarily.
