No match with item ordered, I ask without switch and came with switch, tha base in the pictures is square and the part received is round.

Ho avuto un'esperienza estremamente negativa con Chandeliers Decor e mi sento in dovere di avvisare gli altri potenziali acquirenti. Ho acquistato un lampadario il 26 luglio 2025 che è arrivato solamente il 20 agosto. Fin da subito, appena aperto il pacco, abbiamo notato diversi difetti evidenti: il lampadario era storto e ammaccato. Nonostante questi difetti fossero chiaramente riconducibili a un problema di produzione, l'azienda ha sempre sostenuto il fatto che fossero causati dal trasporto, negando ogni responsabilità.
Per risolvere il problema, mi è stata offerta la possibilità di restituire il prodotto, ma a spese mie, con un rimborso del 10%. Considerando gli elevati costi di spedizione per un oggetto così voluminoso, ho deciso di accettare il rimborso parziale, che a oggi non ho ancora ricevuto. La richiesta di rimborso è stata fatta il 20 agosto, e anche se l'azienda sostiene di averlo emesso il 29 agosto, il pagamento risulta annullato e a seguito di numerose segnalazioni e contatti, continuano a negare l'evidenza.
La beffa finale è arrivata durante il montaggio. Oltre ai difetti estetici, ci siamo accorti che il lampadario inviato aveva una luce a tonalità fredda, mentre avevamo specificamente richiesto una luce naturale.
In sintesi, mi ritrovo con un lampadario difettoso, ammaccato e con la luce sbagliata. Ho perso tempo, soldi e pazienza. L'assistenza clienti è stata sempre gentile e disponibile ma la gestione di questa situazione è stata pessima. Sconsiglio vivamente Chandeliers Decor.

We ordered a light fitting under the impression that it was UK based and that we could return it to the UK. It was sent from China within the time period. The light fitting was not the same as the image on the website and the electrical fitting was poor quality. When we tried to return the item, we were told that it had to be returned to China. We spent over £100 returning the item via DHL. DHL tried to deliver it twice and the company refused to accept the delivery both times. They were helpful until I questioned their legitimacy, then all communication stopped.

Quality Support Delivery everything has been great. Purchased a 4 seater corner sofa geniune leather and wasnt expecting it to be this soft and comfy as usually leather is hard and sturdy but the comfort and cozy seats came together as a surprise i would say. Second order already in discussion as we have been looking for a classy chandelier for our staircase which is in production now cant wait to recieve it. Got a pebbles coffee table and a scarface wall art. I wanted the table top colour to be a dark varnished as the original one had lines of wood in listing in short i wanted a different top layer of wood. To my expectations which i was a bit worried about i got my table and art piece yesturday and the table is exactly the colour i wanted Samantha fron support has done her job great five star for you all. You deserve it.

Fast delivery for our k9 crystal chandelier. The quality was superb and the remote feature is awesome as we have a inhouse lighting system which works with alexa and i wanted the chandelier to be compatible. Delivered by ups safely

Bought a 3 seater Canape Sofa set and its amazing the fabric and cushion is soft and very cost i wanted a soft cushion and requested it via live chat prior to ordering. Support was very helpful and packaging was very secure. I highly recommend what they said they delivered
