Honestly not even worth 1 star.
Daylight robbery. Tried to get Euro currency out at their UK Kings Cross branch, of which they charged me 550 GBP for 500 EUR when the lowest rate I've found online is currently GBP 1/EUR1.14. Disgusting

Bought an Esim from a kiosk in Gatwick airport ( Yeah they sell sim cards). I asked for a 30 day sim, they mistakenly gave a 7 day one. I pointed out that the receipt 7 days and not 30 and he lied to my face saying ' They all say that, its generic, weve had people complain about that before'. Well halfway through my holiday, my data cuts out and i was stuck. Its ok to make a mistake but to brazenly lie about it is frustrating.

Going through Stansted Airport I thought I should get out some Euro cash, so stopped at a cash machine which reassuringly said it wouldn't charge me for using it. The exchange rate was displayed as 1€ = £0.855, which sounded about right, so I withdrew 200€.
On checking the withdrawing slip I realised I'd been charged £234 in total. The exchange rate was actually the other way around!
Do not use this company. I'll be writing to Stansted Airport to challenge their location in airport and ask for them to be removed. Their intention is entirely fraudulent.

Do not use this company for money change they will rip you off, and lye to you, I can't understand why Stansted Airport will allow this in there Airport, unless they get a kick back from them , if you say change £100 they would give you about £87 worth in a different currency, do not use these sammers

I exhanged 500 dollars, They took 50 euros commision from an amout of 365 euro.. already the rate is insanely high..
Watch out the girl doesn’t mention the commission intentionally so you have to read it on the paper and they won’t take the money back…

So i ended up getting 311 euros from 500 dollars! What a joke!

Il sito appariva affidabile, il supporto rispondeva velocemente e ogni volta che facevo domande ricevevo risposte convincenti. Per questo motivo ho continuato a inviare denaro pensando che tutto fosse sicuro e che non avrei avuto problemi a recuperare i miei fondi in seguito. Purtroppo la situazione è cambiata con il tempo. Quando ho iniziato a richiedere il prelievo del mio denaro, hanno cominciato a comparire problemi continui. Prima parlavano di verifiche di sicurezza, poi di ritardi tecnici e successivamente di nuove commissioni da pagare. Ogni volta che cercavo di risolvere una situazione, ne appariva subito un’altra. È diventato un ciclo continuo di ritardi, richieste e scuse. La perdita di £86,432 è stata devastante per me. Non si trattava solo dell’aspetto economico, ma anche dello stress mentale e della delusione che ho provato durante tutta la situazione. È difficile spiegare quanto sia frustrante vedere i propri soldi bloccati senza ricevere risposte chiare. Durante quel periodo ho iniziato a cercare online informazioni su esperienze simili alla mia e così ho trovato B𝖆𝖎x𝖈 ℍ𝖗𝖌. Dopo tutto quello che è successo, oggi sono molto più attento e prudente quando si tratta di attività online che coinvolgono denaro. Spero sinceramente che la mia esperienza possa aiutare altre persone a evitare situazioni simili. Restate sempre attenti, informatevi bene e non ignorate mai i segnali di avvertimento quando qualcosa non sembra giusto.

DO NOT USE THIS EXCHANGE BUREAU! If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. This branch (147 Oxford Street) operates like a legalized tourist trap with borderline criminal practices.
They literally exploited my unaccompanied 13-YEAR-OLD daughter. Under UK financial regulations and AML laws, processing a currency exchange for a minor without adult supervision or age verification is strictly prohibited. Yet, the teller at this branch gladly took her money.
She handed them 310 EUR, and they handed her back a miserable 178.80 GBP. Looking at the receipt, they secretly applied a massive 14.96% "Service Fee" AND an additional £3.00 "Handling Fee". At no point did they verbally inform my child about these daylight robbery deductions or the horrific exchange rate before taking her cash.
Under UK Contract Law, a 13-year-old cannot legally enter into a financial contract, making this transaction totally void. This business preys on vulnerable tourists and children who don't know better.
I have formally demanded a full reversal of this void transaction and have already escalated this incident to Action Fraud, Trading Standards, and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for exploiting a minor and hiding massive fees.

Avoid at all costs. I entered their Coventry Street branch office with my wife and two young children seeking a safe exchange, but was met with a predatory "bait-and-switch" operation.

Despite a 1.12 market rate, the clerk applied a rate of 1.32—a nearly 20% markup—without verbal or visual confirmation. He intentionally bypassed the electronic microphone system and used "distraction techniques" (personal questions) to prevent me from noticing the rate. When I protested immediately, the staff refused to void the transaction, leading to a one-hour ordeal where my children were forced to wait on the floor.

After returning home to France, Management (Irina G.) offered a partial £45 refund but in bad faith insisted I must return to London in person to collect it—ignoring their own capability as a Western Union agent to transfer funds.

Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) Case filed.

I have video evidence of the clerk not using the microphone and will be sharing this across TikTok and travel forums to warn other families. Do not trust their "professional" appearance; they are significantly less transparent than the kiosks on the street.

How is that company legal, I will definitely report this, because this can’t be legal!!

For €230 i got back £125 which is ridiculous, without staff letting you know the rate, the other staff memeber was hiding behind the doors and looking at us like we were crazy for changing money. Once she started counting pounds, when I’ve realized I didn’t want to take it, but it was to late for her😂

Didn’t explain the exchange rates when ask g for £200 worth of euros to then be given 175 euros. I challenged them on the 25% difference to be told ‘oh our service charge is £4.99’!
Still doesn’t add up to the 59 euros difference in today’s exchange rates! Absolute rob dogs! No wonder nobody was queuing for them at East Midlands Airport

They charge you more 56 pounds when you buy 300 pound, i found out too late. Dont go there!

Avoid this company - they hide behind their 0% commission offer and do not mention or offer the buy back rate guarantee which I believe costs around £6. As a result I thought I’d be getting the same rate but I lost over £100 when changing $USD back to £GBP.

Do not use these people or their ATMs. What an awful exchange rate!!! £250 for 200 euros. The other way round might have been reasonable.
