After moving to the area in October 2024 we joined Chapel Dental and have received excellent treatment from day one.
My recent visit was for a slight adjustment to a new filling done 7 days earlier .
When I telephoned to request an adjustment I received a same day appointment and the matter was resolved very quickly

I visited Chapel Dental on Wednesday for a wisdom tooth extraction. The staff were welcoming as usual and the surgery always spotlessly clean. The dentist and assistant were superb and had a very kind approach. I feel the extraction was professionally handled and helpful advice is given regarding after care. It’s a wonderful practice and I’m so happy I found them.

Maria and Leah were amazing. I first visited about a month ago after more than 30 years of being extremely nervous about going to the dentist and having not been for nearly 10 years. Today I’ve just finished my second treatment, and I left feeling completely relaxed and comfortable throughout my visits — something I honestly never believed would be possible.

Had a tooth break leaving a hole in my tooth which happened on a Friday night. As not in pain, phoned the following Monday morning, given an appointment that morning. Inspection, suggested treatment given, treatment completed immediately. How is that for service? Cannot be beaten. My thanks to the staff but particularly Suzsanna Cortelyesi (my apologies for any mis spelling of the name)

I have been a patient for years and have always had the very best of attention and treatment from all the staff. I needed emergency treatment just before Christmas and was attended to on Christmas Eve at 8.00am!! That was service out of the top drawer and I would have to say beyond the call of duty. Well done!

​"I am very disappointed with the 'new' Chapel Dentist. While the building is new, the care is nonexistent. Today, I made a special effort to get my daughter to her morning appointment early to avoid traffic, yet we sat and watched as late arrivals were seen before us. The receptionist was uncaring and refused to be flexible, sticking to a list rather than managing the waiting room fairly. It feels like the focus has shifted entirely toward profit over patients.

A genuinely reassuring dental experience. The dentist’s experience was clear from the start confident, precise, refreshingly gentle. Everything was explained calmly which helped put me at ease.

Due to a specific medication I was on, my usual dentist wasn't comfortable performing dental implants and suggested I visit Afonso and Chapel Dental. Afonso was ready to handle the procedure, explaining the benefits and risks involved in detail, which really helped me feel confident in my decision to move forward.Throughout the process, Afonso and his team exhibited a high level of professionalism. They carefully explained each step, ensuring I was at ease and pain-free—something they achieved effortlessly. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice and its staff. The 2-hour round trip for each visit was absolutely worthwhile, and I can't thank them enough!

Flavio exudes a soothing and comforting presence, always handling his tasks with great care, ensuring the process is painless. During my usual cleaning appointment, he efficiently took care of a jagged edge on a crown that had chipped. The receptionists were equally supportive and attentive, making sure to inquire if the crown issue had been resolved.

Great dentist in a fantastic building, no hanging around in the waiting room & all the staff are super friendly & efficient 🙂

Afonso, is an excellent dentist. Explains everything very well. I never feel any pain though out the work being done or the injections or after work the work is completed.

I think you are GREAT...I've been coming to your practice for many years, and I'm very happy with the services you provide and your friendly staff team.

I have attended the practice since it opened in Great Wilbraham and 2 of my grandchildren are also patients and they are not at all worried or anxious about attending. I have always been treated for check ups and one emergency appointment with kindness, gentleness and courtesy.

I always feel a bit anxious going to the dentist but find Szuzanne calm, reassuring and she puts me at ease and is a skilled dentist.

All the staff are very friendly and professional, Alfonso has been my dentist for a few years now and he is just amazing, he explains everything and makes you feel so at ease as soon as you walk in. Flávio is the hygienist that I see and he is very similar in his approach. Thank you for being such a great dentist to use. A1 .

Zsuzsanna has been my dentist for many years, and I can not imagine anyone better. Thorough, professional, thoughtful and cheerful, I consider myself fortunate to be her patient.

Flavio's manner is very calming and reassuring. He is also very gentle, and the work he does is never painful. As well as my regular hygiene appointment, he was also able to smooth off a rough edge of a crown that had recently broken. The reception staff were also helpful and attentive, asking if I'd had the crown sorted.
