Speedy turnaround
I ordered Thursday, Friday paid for the items. The goods were dispatched and due for delivery on Saturday. The speed caught me out so I had the delivery delayed til Monday. In-between the communication was very good.

Only problem I had was the post office not delivering on time as this is part of the process can’t claim money from them because it’s only the seller that can do that

Same again, coins unseparated, dumped in a bag. This after they apologised from my last order. I suggested they rename the condition description from 'NEW' to 'MINTY'. Its fine, I know what I am buying now and thus will not expect 'NEW' coins - cos they will be MINTY!

Thank you for your review and we apologise that your coins arrived loose in a bag. Although we offer the choice to add coin capsules to protect your coins, we apologise that the coins you received were not separated and sufficiently protected.
Following your review, I’m glad to confirm that all individual coins will now be packaged separately in individual bags to help protect them in transit.
