I can’t truly say being a good…
I can’t truly say being a good experience buying through Chards. I keep purchasing gold bars frequently. It was my first time purchasing from Chards, and I recently purchased a few gold bullions/ bars from them. I have suggested Chards to my friends, who have also purchased a sizable quantity of gold bullions from the company.
I spoke with a customer service representative two days ago shortly after placing my transaction, and she was very abruptive and rude, ignored my concerns, kept rattling her side of the story, justifying her version without me being heard. I'm not sure if this has occurred to any other clients. They haven't even bothered to respond to my email telling them that I would never buy from them again because they weren't customer friendly, and I wouldn’t recommend to my friends who are keen bullion buyers. Management should, in my opinion, investigate.

Your order was placed on 25 June and was fully packaged and prepared for dispatch by 9:50am on 26 June. Your email, sent at 10am, arrived after the parcel had already left our premises. Once a parcel has been collected by the courier, we are unable to intercept it. Delivery adjustments can be made through the courier’s tracking reference, including delaying delivery or collecting from a local depot. Customers may also select an alternative safe place at checkout if they know they may be away from the property at the time of delivery.
We called you later that day to discuss the matter further, but you preferred not to continue the conversation, which we fully respect. Your parcel was delivered at the stated time, and we hope it arrived safely.

I don't usually leave reviews but…
I don't usually leave reviews but the amazing level of customer service has made me want to.
I had a slight issue with ordering and sent an email to try get it resolved I didn't expect to get a reply for a couple of days but I got a phone call the next day and my problem was fixed before lunch and my items arrived a couple days after. It's not as if my order was a high value one either it was less than £20 this fills me full of confidence with placing bigger orders and you now have a new customer for life.
I genuinely believe that this company has the best customer service in the country and I will be buying from again in the future.
