Even though Charjenpro is located in the US, the delivery to Europe worked perfectly. The customer service (Jenny) responded quickly to my inquiry and was really helpful and friendly. I was really pleased to the overall experience.

What comes to the product, my first impressions of the AirFoams Pro are great. I highly recommend these for anyone who wants to upgrade the Apple's default ear plugs for AirPods Pro 2. I also received a Premium Ear Hooks -set for free!

I have several products from CharJen and find them all to be well made and of good quality. The MagFlött stands are the best I have used especially the recent Pro version which adds height adjustability.

Their customer communication is great with prompt responses. Highly recommended!

I love the Magflott Pro height adjustable stand. It works very well with my 2018 iPad Pro 12.9".

Adjustable height is beneficial, as is the ability to rotate the magnetic mount to a landscape or portrait orientation.

It's Easy to use my iPad Pro in various ways when working on my MacBook Air—music, streaming video, notes, etc.

Highly recommend the Magflott Pro stand if you're in the market.

Sadly this doesn't work with the new 2024 M4 iPad Pro 13", but I'll be getting the one designed for the 2024 M4 iPad Pro 13" when I get it.

I added the MagFlött Pro after using the original MagFlött extensively.

The Pro version allows adjusting the height which make it perfect for pairing my iPad Pro 12.9-inch with my iMac 24-inch. Same solid construction as the original.

I have used their products in the past, and the quality, fit, finish, and even packaging are all premium feeling. This time around I got a chance to deal with them via email and their customer service matches the products. A lot of company’s could take notes.

The MagFlött Pro 12.9” stand is a nice addition to my desk setup. Solid metal build quality, adjustable height, rotating screen orientation, & flip adjustability are stellar making this one of the highest quality stands to use your iPad with.

I owned the original MagFlött and was happy, but the new MagFlött Pro is outright glorious. Not only can the iPad be tilted and rotated to your liking, but now it can be raised and lowered. It makes a perfect mirror to my desktop and I can take it anywhere! The build quality is incredible and I'm just smitten with it. Truly a remarkable product and team.

I have 2 other iPad stands from this company for my 12.9 iPad Pro. I love them! The new adjustable height stand is even better. I can now raise the iPad for video calls that offers a better view. What’s great addition to an already great stand.

Like the others, the iPad is attached magnetically and very secure. The tilt mechanism is tight and does not wander.

Love the products and customer service that CharJenPro has provided me in my experience. Products have always been top quality and have given me exactly what I asked for or expected. No issues with customer service or communication from my end as well.

I used the previous generation of the Magflott and really enjoyed it, but always wanted the ability to raise and lower the stand for different uses. I use the Magflott to hold my ipad as a secondary display, to record in Logic during music practice, display recipes in the kitchen, among other things. The Magflott Pro provides the flexibility I need for all my different uses with the same high quality construction I loved from the original Magflott. Premium materials and very sturdy feel. I was originally concerned that the height adjustment would be a little wobbly, but it's solid at every level. Highly recommend for those who need a quality iPad stand.

I love their products! The MagFlott stand for iPad Pro 12.9 is great and the new adjustable one adds even more functionality. I use the stand on an almost daily basis. While i am using my iMac for crafting, I have my iPad on the MagFlott stand so I can have a picture of the finished design to look at and determine colors; read on the Kindle app while my Cricut machine is cutting; keep up with messages or use for Zoom meetings. The stand is very sturdy and the iPad remains securely attached. I love the fact that there is a USB cable included so I can keep the iPad charged while I work on my Mac.

This is one great company! I have purchased two of their products within the last year and each has been exceptional. The design, manufacture and assembly has be carefully thought out, and well engineered. Communications with Charjenpro has be 100% positive. They are quick to respond, and provide a truly great experience. They go above and beyond with helpful notes and articles totally unrelated to their product line, something that tells me they truly care about their customers.

I purchased the MAGFLÖTT VESA MOUNT. It is a horrible and dangerous product!

This product has a design defect that makes it impossible to use it for its intended purpose.

The magnetic force on this product is so WEAK that it is incapable of holding the iPad properly. At the slightest touch of the iPad it falls on the desk!!!

The company engages in unfair and deceptive business practices. I posted a negative review of this product on the company's product page. My review does not show. The company only publishes the 5 star reviews.

I recently experienced unnecessary issues with CharJen's shipping process. Despite being charged 50 USD for UPS delivery, they opted for a lower-cost carrier, which unfortunately resulted in a delayed delivery. This delay was particularly inconvenient as it meant I couldn't take the iPad stand with me for a 7-week project abroad. Additionally, the carrier didn't deliver the package to our office, requiring me to arrange for a colleague to collect it from a pickup point with a power of attorney. To add to the frustration, customer service has been unresponsive to my emails. At this point, I'm unable to comment on the product itself; I plan to provide a further review in late March.
