The customer service was appalling. I had issues with my parcel being delivered and was ignored by the team after multiple emails. I had one response after emailing a couple of times and the issue was not investigated.

I’m still waiting for shoes that I ordered on the 25th June and was advised they will arrive in 5-9 working days. This is quite frustrating when the shoes are required for a function. If I knew this was the case I would have not ordered them.

First time ordering items from Charles & Keith. My order was good looked just how it was advertised, but My order took far too long to arrive, 12 days in total, then there was issues from the courier company regarding delivery issues. I don't think I'll order items again from this company.

I had the worst experience with this…
I had the worst experience with this brand. I had returned the items which they confirmed that I will get the refund. It has been more than 3 months but this company has been making so many excuses to send the refund. This is so ridiculous this brand is international and accept the international payment but when it time for refund they can’t refund on the same payment account which is ridiculous. If you can’t refund in international payment then you shouldn’t be accepting the international card payment. This brand should be banned for doing this. Noone should buy from this brand. They are just fooling people. I have send more than 10 emails and the reply is the same. Noone should order with this brand. I have never seen some company taking more than 3 months to get the refund after accepting and I still haven’t received the payment.
