I bought a super cute very expensive blouse.
Adhered to all washing regulations. Still, my shirt shrank. Very unfortunate. Customer service very bad got first response, had to answer very many questions while I had told all that in my first mail! Then I asked for response 3 times kreer but no reply.
Finally, after my last mail, I get a reply with the response that there is no way I complied with the washing regulations. So the bottom line is that I am lying!!! They are offering me 15% discount on my next purchase. So this is going nowhere!!!

I order a dress for $300 & never got it. Sent an email to the company & never got a respond. Will take legal help to sort this problem. Is the website fake?

I’ve just received my first Charli order of the libby shirt and so far I’m really impressed! Really nice attention to detail with the cuff buttons and I even got 10% off for my first order!! Next day delivery fee was quite steep but absolutely worth it with the discount :)

It’s refreshing to buy from an independent brand instead of ending up with the same high street pieces everyone else has.

I recently purchased the Marlowe shirt from them and I'm absolutely obsessed!! The shirt is gorgeous, the construction and finishing is very well done, the design is unique but not over the top so I can pretty much wear them anywhere, be it out with friends or to the office - there's nothing to fault really. Got asked several times where I got the shirt from already.

I recommend this brand and have had a great shopping experience. Got the Lyla crochet set. Well packed and the next day delivery worked out so very happy to have it for my summer holiday!
