I never got my order.

DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY SEEM. So, you have looked at the website and it looks lovely, well it’s fake. The jewellery is not handmade, looks cheap, badly made. Try getting your money back, not a chance. The return address is somewhere in Belgium, I have asked for it 8 times and I just get an AI response offering me another item or a percentage refund, but now apparently they have a problem issuing refunds. I bought three items for friends Christmas presents, I am too embarrassed to give them this cheap crap and no more money to buy replacements, I am furious, it’s as bad as being scammed!

Please avoid at all costs. I regret that I didn't read reviews before buying two items. The items as often mentioned by others were tacky and not what expected, so I requested a refund. Was offered a credit note for 50 percent and then 100 percent but company eluded the choice of a refund. After very slow responses from the company, I sent the item back tracked to the London address on the package, to get it back within the 2 weeks return window( there seems to be a number of addresses attached to this company ). I was then told to get the items back from some obscure address in London and send it to Belgium ( no address was given) I am bewildered as to how this company is still trading. Im taking this claim further with the bank and aim to get this company exposed. We are all being scammed.

I ordered multiple pieces of this supposedly hand crafted jewellery, only to receive cheap, imitation copies of what can be described as cheap costume jewellery that are massed produced and sold on other websites like Temu for under $10.00.

Purchased 2 earrings. Cheap quality. One pair is basically unwearable without breaking them. Could NEVER get a response from the company.

I accidentally (or was it me at all?) ordered 2 of the same ring instead of one. Immediately contacted them to correct the order. A WEEK LATER received a message from them saying it was too late to correct. Received the rings, and contacted them again for a refund. They offered a half refund and keep the second ring to give as a gift perhaps? Of course they also said they had no record of my notification immediately after the purchase. I decided I was good with the 50% refund, so I agreed. But when I send my response I included the original email I had sent with the date, to prove that I had contacted them immediately after the mistake.
I’ve messaged them several times since, but have not received even the half-refund.

Absolutely crap. All jewellery is plastic and they say they will refund you but they don’t. This stuff is so bad.

Time it took to actually leave them was ridiculous. Telling me it was being made etc. Cheap crap I could have got from the discount store. Designs half done and bad craftmanship, tarnishing after first wear and different sizes. Wasted $$$

If I could I would give you a zero! I placed an order for three pieces of jewelry. When I received them i was horrified. I contacted your company almost every day to find out how to return them. I never got a straight answer on how to do that. When you did answer me you did not want to give me a full refund. You drug it out past the 30 days so I could not return them.

I wanted to return the rings I got because they were not like what I expected. They said I could and would check into it and never heard back. I’ve contacted my CC co for a dispute. You all have a bad customer service and my ccc is still waiting a response since 10/25.

This company is a scam. DO NOT USE.
Jewellery is substandard and return impossible.

This claims to be a mother and daughter UK business, but was shipped from China. Took a while to receive and then very obviously not hand made. Not hallmarked so would not expect it to last if worn daily. So disappointed. Trying to return the items, as poor quality and they are not responding to emails and the contact number does not exist. I feel very ripped off. Not that cheap so upset at money lost.

Very disappointed with the earrings I have received. Poor quality cheap and nasty. I thought I was buying from a Mother and Daughter who's workshop was based in Glasgow UK but my parcel came from London badly packaged. A total scam and I can't believe this company is still been allowed to trade.

Ordered 4 items in the so called closing down sale,..they are cheap looking, couldn't possibly give any as Christmas presents...I feel totally scammed...don't think any of it looks handmade at all...sent in plastic bags with barcodes.. don't wasted your money!

The ring is very pretty but fits big. I got a size 5 and it was way bigger than my other size 5s. Shipping took forever.

I never received my jewelry I ordered and paid for.

The ring looked very nice on the photo, silver with gold threads in the middle. The blurb said thatbthis was a cottage industry closing down, and it was for me reasonable to expect an £80 ring reduced to £21 to be of good quality. Result was cheap shiny metal (not even silver plated) with a gold coloured bit stuck on. A total scam.

If only i read these revjews, i have received an awful experience, the webzite states 24/7 customer servive that is no lt tje truth, this is a shockimg company and tjr itemd look nothing like the poctures on their website, i have been scammed and now i need to repprt this
