Terrible These rings look nothing like the picture and I’ve already contacted your customer support system and I want to return these and I shouldn’t have to pay for shipping to get them back. They are so cheap looking. I saw somebody post. It was a spam and I should’ve listened.

I keep getting multiple emails asking me for a review, and I haven’t even received my order yet! I hope it’s not lost!

Beautiful jewelry. Ring a it too big,but still beautiful.

I don’t like to give a bad review, as the purchase and customer service started out well but I only received part of my order and when I let them know they asked for pictures of my package . I sent the pictures and since then I haven’t heard anything back. I ordered earring and a necklace, I only received the earrings.

Several posts to let me know that my order was ‘in progress’. Everything looked great when it arrived.

Items do not appear as shown. Company states they are closing down only to open under a new business name

My product is beautiful but seems big and all 3 rings don’t sit right on my finger.

The rings and bracelets are great quality and beautifully made. They fit perfectly. I've had so many compliments already.

The jewelry looks better in the pictures, it looks cheap. Infact one piece is going right in the trash.

I was really disappointed when I receive this jewelry. First It was 2 rings and they both were the wrong size. I texted several times and no response. I called a customer service number that is disconnected. They say they have a 30 day return policy and after 4 emails asking for a refund and a return label, I still don’t know anything! The jewelry looks like it came out of a bubblegum machine. The gold is brassy and the stone is cloudy. Very poor quality at this point, I can hope for a return and refund

The stacking ring set is missing stones. one of them is completely gone, the other is in the bag, but chipped.I have tried to email you through your website-trying to return it but it does not go through.
