Absolute scamers, send fake goods, offer 15% refund upon return to China....Chase London sounds like it's from the UK......Not a chance!!!!

Buyer beware !!!! While it says Chase London it is not a Uk company and when it says 30 day money back guarantee they want you to ship back the really poor product at your own expense to China . Or you can keep the product and get 20% back . A terrible company to deal with .

very poor service. Quality poor. Customer service poor. Reviews on Trustpilot echo my experience. Wish I’d read them before ordering. Can’t send back for reasons given in other reviews.

Do not touch with a barge pole. Cheap Chinese tat, wrong size, advertising under multiple names on Facebook and Instagram. No return address.

Unfortunately I too have had the same treatment as everyone else here.
Scam company that send you complete rubbish that looks nothing like the garment advertised then offer you 15% refund or you pay for the postage to return to China and get your money back which wouldn’t be worth it.

Item arrived eventually after a long wait.
Much poorer quality than it looked on line. Definitely not worth the price.
Size large which I ordered turned out to be very small.
Asked for a refund and was told I could keep the item and have a 15 percent refund / no more.
The alternative, if I wanted a full refund was to return the item - to China! So much for the name ‘Chase London’
Tried to email but kept getting a message that the email box was full. Got through using the contact form on the website.
Steer a wide path away from this company.

Ordered a jacket for £60 it arrived 5 weeks later ( from China) and it’s awful quality size nothing like ordered the sleeves are 100mm short, it’s going in the bin as they don’t take returns unless you send back to china

This is a scam company, masquerading as a uk company, they are based in china. They falsely advertise products on their website, send a different product then insist you return it to them in China for an exchange.

More fool me for not checking on here before I bought it. I have reported to ASA and trading standards. Hopefully their site will be taken down before more people scammed. I would encourage others who have fallen foul of them to do the same and hopefully they will be closed down (but am sure they’ll reincarnated as another fake brand elsewhere)

This company is a total sham. What they sent bears no resemblance - in terms of colour, size, quality and finish - to their website pictures. Their information and advice is totally misleading, and their only answer is to send the items back to China (the cost is prohibitive) or get a 20% refund. So they will essentially have stolen over £100 of my money, as the clothes are unwearable.

Bad quality fabric and manufacture.
Looked nothing like the picture.
Poor fit and a colour they don't even offer.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Like the other reviews which unfortunately only just seen, item was nothing like the colour advertised and 3XL I couldn't even get over my head. I emailed them and they offered for a fee to send a replacement or keep the item with a 15% refund. Beware

Dreadful company. If i could give a minus rating i would. What i ordered from the photo bares no resemblance! Awful quality that i probably wouldnt clean my car with! The returns policy is rubbish, they actually kept offering 15 then 20 % off the next order to save on sending it back with a cost to me of £12 ! The company is in China and they gave me 3 different addresses so i actually gave up after reading these reviews and put it down to a bad experience. DO NOT USE ! Ps ive also noticed the same products and photos being used under another company name so be aware. I have cancelled my card through my bank as well just incase !

Absolutely appalling. Shirt I received bore no resemblance to picture and quality was very poor. Shirt took over a month to arrive so cancelled payment as I thought it was a scam - it was and is!! Don't get taken in!!

Do NOT order from this site, it's not in London. The item ordered was the wrong size, wrong colour. Told I had to send back to China. I wish I'd done more research before I placed my order. Trustpilot, please give customers the option to give 0 rating or below 0 rating. This site and the customer experience is very, very bad indeed...!

The nearest they have been to London was probably a postcard. I guess I got what I deserved for allowing myself to have been taken in initially. The goods they show on offer are.enhanced photographs, what you will get is something of such a cheap quality that you probably wouldn’t be seen dead wearing. I ordered two ‘quality’ cotton polo long sleeve shirts. What I got were two thin polyester items. The only thing that was as described was the colour but lacking the subtlety. No label apart from wash separately and L. In actuality they were skimpy M. How does the Chinese government support these crooks? They do nothing for Chinese credibility, nor Meta for not vetting them, although as far as Meta is concerned as long as they are being paid for the advertisement they are happy.

Sadly, I ordered 4 shirts ( advertised as 100% cotton) medium size. Literally minutes after ordering I checked reviews and was horrified at what I read, so I contacted my debit card company immediately and tried to stop the payment process. Unfortunately the payment was already processed. I contacted Chase to find out if my order was in fact genuinely processed and they confirmed it was. I contacted them again 10 days later to see what had happened to my order and was assured it was on the way. Almost 4 weeks after I ordered, the parcel arrived ( today).
All 4 shirts were XL and 100% polyester and are of very poor quality...unwearable in fact. I emailed Chase to report this and got an 'undelivered' message from 'Postmaster...' All very suspicious.
All in all, I've been ripped off by an organised bunch of fake clothes suppliers...Be warned and don't do what I did. A very angry and humiliated 'customer'( sic)
