Antwoord van Chatleys Menswear
Hi,
Thank you for your order.
Firstly, I’d like to sincerely apologise that your original email was missed — unfortunately it was filtered into our spam folder, which was a genuine human error on our part.
We always aim to provide a high level of service, and we’re really sorry this wasn’t your experience on this occasion. We are also available via phone or WhatsApp (details are on our website), where we can usually resolve any issues straight away.
Your order was processed and delivered quickly, and we’re always happy to assist with exchanges or returns if sizing isn’t quite right. Our returns policy can be found here:

If you’re happy for us to resolve this for you now, we’d really appreciate the opportunity to put things right.
If you feel we’ve been able to help or resolve the situation, we would be very grateful if you would consider updating your review to reflect this.
Kind regards,
Chatleys
