We contacted Chatterbug for our 2 year old who was showing signs of a speech delay, and it was one of the best decisions we have made as a family. From the first consultation, we were made to feel really comfortable and at ease, and it was clear that the speech therapist really took the time to get to know our family and draw up a plan that would work for us. Within 2 sessions, our daughter had made significant progress and we also felt that we had gained new skills to help with her speech also. A year later, we needed further help as our daughter had moved to the next stage of speech, and required more support. Chatterbug were there to help us again, providing both Video support (during lockdown) and detailed Face to Face sessions. The relationship and trust our speech therapist, Anne-Marie, has built with our daughter is outstanding, and has clearly helped to move her speech along very quickly. Additionally, detailed reports and updates are provided at every stage which really help to build a long-term view of progress. Moreover, the organisation and information provided is always first class, with Kathryn and Saba always there to help with any query and providing brilliant consistency. I really can't praise Chatterbug and all the staff enough, this really is a life changing service - thank you!

Wonderful SLT, very experienced and helped to put my child at ease. Great time given to practise sounds, there was no feeling of being rushed. Therapist even created slides with images of Fireman Sam to motivate my child even further, thank you!

Tracey is an incredibly efficient and effective Therapy Assistant. She was immediately able to pick up on any verbal queues my child had which needed improvement, giving actionable insights and guidance for how to improve my child’s speech. She is very warm and friendly, instantly creating a connection of trust with my child, so much so that my child stated “She’s very nice” immediately after her first session. Impressive, as the sessions were done through video chat and not in-person due to the coronavirus pandemic! Her worksheets and support are very helpful and I would certainly recommend her and Chatterbug for any speech or language therapy needs.

We've had an excellent experience with ChatterBug. We've used two different therapists, not only have we had good results but it's clear that they really care about my daughter and her progress. She really enjoys the sessions, the therapists are great not only at working on the speech issues but also on knowing how to get and keep her attention so that we get the most out of each session.
