We are going through a voluntary redundancy programme at work. I contacted Chattertons to get support with the settlement agreement. From the outset they have been wonderful. First of all with Emily Hampson who got everything moving so quickly. Then with Rizwana Akhtar who went through the settlement agreement with a lot of detail. She explained things so I absolutely understood what I was signing up to.
There has been a very quick turnaround time and they have always got back to me promptly and efficiently.

Chattertons staff have been very efficient at keeping me informed about the work on my brothers estate. Whenever I have had to phone them they have rung me back very quickly. Because I am having inviting treatment on my eyes and my tablet doesn't print PDF files they will send me hard copy if necessary.
