I use it literally everyday to make calls cheaper for my partner in prison I’ve never had an issue with it and as I said is so much cheaper then mobile rates

Amazing customer service support every time I’ve needed to speak to them! Never had any issues with the service either since I have been using & the calls connect straight to my mobile number also made sure my line wasn’t disconnected due to not being able to pay on time one month! Would recommend them to anyone who needs to stay in contact with a loved one or friend it’s also cheaper for them to call using this service as well (: This has saved me & my partner so much money keeping in touch!

It's and amazing service
It's and amazing service, my partner uses it everyday it makes call making for him much cheaper and he can spend a lot more time speaking to his daughter.
I heard of the service but didn't know to much about it, I just signed up and we have not looked back since. If you talk to someone in prison regularly this is the best way of making your calls cheaper and lasting longer.

Great customer service
Great customer service, very helpful. Clear phone calls. Cheap phone call rates making it easier for my partner to ring me from jail so that he gets longer with his phone credit. Would recommend phone savvy.

PHONE SAVVY hidden fees ! not unlimited minutes when you pay really is disgusting my partner can’t ring me now and it’s not even been a month since I purchased only been 2 weeks ! 1000% wouldn’t recommend using it

In your instance, we have checked and we can see that on the product page you signed up with, it does state that a fair usage of 3000 minutes applies. I'm sorry if this has caused frustration or confusion. 95% of our customers use fewer minutes than this so we appreciate that some customers, like yourself, can use much more than the fair allowance we provide.
To resolve this, we've tried calling you, texting you, and e-mailing you, but we've not heard back from you over the last week.
As you can see from our excellent reviews, we do try to go the extra mile for our customers where possible. We're still eager to help you with this so please feel free to reach out to us on 0161 7060656.

Couldn’t recommend this company enough
Couldn’t recommend this company enough. Was spending ridiculous amounts of money with another landline company which also resulted in less call time with my partner when I was introduced to this company the experience completely changed for the better for both of us.
If you haven’t yet registered for savvy phone, I highly recommend you do now.

Have been using phone savvy for 1 month…
Have been using phone savvy for 1 month now as my partner has been away it’s helped loads a 45min call would normally cost £15 now only cost around £3.20 I’ve just had our little boy 3 weeks ago and it’s been awful not having my partner here so phone calls is all we have atm it’s been an absolute life saver !
