I have been with this company for quite some time..I can only give positive comments as I have had no negative issues..besides the products being quality the ordering and delivery are very easy and quick..also customer care A+++..highly reccomend.

I've been using cheapsmokes for some time now. Always the best price and and quality and delivered very quickly.

I ordered 5 packets of cigarettes on Sunday May 9th and received a dispatch confirmation on Monday 10th. There was a four pound delivery fee which should have easily covered the postage. It is now Saturday and no sign of them. I sent an email querying this no reply. I sent another today. I am very disappointed

Excellent service and quality brilliant. Bought the RYO premium tobacco. Weighed it when it arrived (58g). Not wet or moist. Taste fantastic. Will be buying from them all the time now. Thank you

I had a genuinely good experience with them... I don’t know why people here didn’t shipping took a while (around a week) but order came as I expected don’t know why everyone else’s experience has been so negative

Just received my order and it is wrong. I got sent menthols. Yuk. I have emailed the business but no reply. I am getting impatient as these cost me a lot of money.

My firm warning is if you don't want to lose your money and never receive your order stay away from thinking that doing business with people with no integrity that this will work out alright. WRONG!
I trusted these people and lost Minus - 5 stars.

I ordered 6 cartons, received 3. After several repeat shipping I asked for money back. I get this: "our account with the processor who charged you has closed, so we can only deduct the funds owed from new orders"
Talking over phone yield the same result. Ultimately, I paid for 6 and get 3 cartons. Very bad.

Wish I could give a negative star!! Scam! Got scammed out of almost 400 and there email conveniently is undelivereabel!!

Never received my order placed 6/25/19 with Amazon gift card. Now 1 month later I sent an email to find out about my 100% guarantee refund and the email came back undeliverable. This company is such a SCAM! Never order from this company!!!!!

I would like to share my experience I had with Cheap-smokes.biz
It seems that the situation with shipping the cigarettes to the USA is not sunshine and rainbow any more. There are a lot of parcels held in customs and returned. Before I was ordering with one store offering Eastern European cigarettes, but I never received them. I also lost my money ($299) as i never received a refund that I was promised. Then I ordered with another store, but this time European made Camels and only 1 carton. This also didn't arrive, and although I was assured my cigarettes were reshipped, I never received anything.

Finally, i read some reviews here about Cheap-smokes.biz and decided to give it a last shot. I again purchased one carton of Camels. This time I called to make sure i deal with real, professional people. The guy on the phone explained the current situation, that my carton could be stopped, but I shouldn't worry as they will either reship or refund! I was surprised that they admitted to having problems. In the previous stores till the end they promised me heaven.
After waiting 15 days my carton arrived!!!!!!!!!! Wow wow wow! I was happy that i didn't lose my money. I also got a phone from the same guy asking if I received my order and if everything was ok?! This was unreal as he really wanted to know if I was happy! Of course I was... finally i got my carton!
After some time I placed a new order for 6 cartons. To my surprise I got a call from "my agent" who advised me to LOWER my order, so my packages are not stopped and I don't lose money!!!!!! Can you believe that!!! They didn't want to take my money! They wanted to save money for me!!! I've been buying online for years, but first time someone didn't want money from me! I left only 2 cartons out of 6 and I'm waiting for them to arrive. One thing I'm sure: even if I don't get them, I trust that I will get my refund.

Legitimate and reliable online cigarettes shop... one of not many left. I've been ordering for the last few months with them and honestly I had nothing but the best experience. I'm always updated with the status of my order by a nice guy - Peter. My recent parcel was stuck in New York and he contacted me FIRST!!!!!! The missing cartons were reshipping immediately... I ordered with them few years ago and had problems with receiving my order. It was confiscated by customs. That's why when they called me I was very hesitant if I should order again. They offered me a nice discount and reshipment of 2 cartons that were confiscated!!!!

I received all my cartons without any problems! I can recommend this cigarettes store to anyone as i've placed 4 orders so far. I'm very happy because they were giving 18% off your entire order last week, so I managed to save a lot of money!

Also, I have to admit that their customer service is excellent compared to what was before!
