The agent, Abdullah, promptly reached out and guided me throughout the entire reservation process. His advice was invaluable, and he demonstrated remarkable flexibility by allowing me to hold the booking and pay for the seat afterward.

Jazzy Cruz was really helpful throughout the whole process, from checking up with the cheapest flight deals to ensuring I get my tickets well in time. He responded to every query I had and reassured me coz I was skeptical from the beginning 🥹which is normal as it was my first time using booking agents. I totally recommend their services 10/10👏🏾👏🏾

Jacob was brilliant, his customer service was top notch and felt well taken care of. From getting regular updates on payments, securing the tickets and ensuring our onboarding process went smoothly. He was a champion. The icing on the cake was when he checked on us on our return.

It was like a personalised engagement with the Cheaperfly agent, Raymond Gray. He was quite helpful in his attending to my flight request and was very polite and professional. He made it easy for me to recommend Cheaperfly to anyone.

I got to know Jazzy of Cheaper flights through a referal, and I must say Jazzy just from the start of it all was super amazing, the service he delivers is out of this world. And I used to stress him because my trip on its own had so many uos and downs and at times I would call him after 11pm and he would still pick up and assure me he will do his best to accomodate us. On the day of flying there was an issue at the airport with the age of my child and I rang Jazzy and he was right on the phone with me until the issue was resolved. When this happened We freaked out because we have dealt with Agencies before and you know they switch off phones when a client travels or don't take calls at all. Our trip was amazing and we are now using cheaper flight forever. I would recommend Jazzy's service at any given day and time. Thank you so much.

Jacob has been fantastic he is quick to answer your questions and works tiresly to find you the cheapest fights. He is my now my go to person when booking any flights.

I was very sceptical using this company BUT I would use no one else now. Jacob has gone way beyond the norm sorting cancelled flights, flight changes etc. for me. Thank you Cheaper Fly for bring so reliable, friendly and always making sure I get the best flight price.

I would like to complain about two members of your staff.
Zach and Jacob.
I booked a holiday with your company for Christmas, I have been speaking to Zach and he got me a good deal. I explained to Zach that I had to wait for my daughters visa to come through before I committed to the holiday he said no problem I could pay a deposit and the full amount doesn't need to pay until 2 weeks before going away. He said this on more than one occasion. Three days later I had to chase up the information on the flights, this is when Zach phoned me asking when can I pay for the full flight because the airline won't reserve the seats, I said I couldn't pay for it all in one go. He said he had to speak with his manager.
Jacob the manager phone today asking for the full amount and I explained what Zach had said and he replied did I get that in writing about paying 2 weeks before we went as I was lying about this.
I'm absolutely discussed in how I have just been spoken to and treated by your staff.
I feel let down, by one unhappy customer 😔

Travel can be nerve wrecking. Mr Abdullah was very very patient. I don’t know how many times I had changed dates..🤣 but he just kept on going. I am truly grateful and I highly recommend him. Anytime.
