Buying from Cheapfood.co.uk has saved me hundreds of pounds

I've been shopping at Cheapfood for 4 years and I've always been satisfied with their service. It's my go-to shop for non-perishable food and drink, like crisps, biscuits, crackers, nuts, chocolate, snacks, coffee, fizzy drinks, even seasonal treats like panettone! Gone are the days when I had to buy overpriced snacks from a vending machine at work! Why bother, when I can buy them in bulk on Cheapfood for literally pennies, plus they don't go to waste unnecessarily? It's a win-win.

I've explored a few similar websites selling products past their best-before date. The Cheapfood website is the easiest to use and most pleasant to browse. A simple layout, no distractions, quality product pictures, easy to add items to the cart. The search function works well.

And finally, one of the items in my last order was damaged, not in transit (packaging was excellent), but at the point of manufacturing. Cheapfood sent out a replacement on the same day, and added two bags of chocolates on top. That was a very nice touch, not many companies go to that length to keep customers' trust. Keep it up!

Received delivery today after a long delivery wait period and the idiot delivery driver dropped the parcel on the floor as was to heavy the problem was was further compounded as glass bottles was packed on the bottom in flimsy cardboard not a bubble wrap sleeve as you can imagine everything in the box was saturated in red sticky ketchup so binned the lot and packing and sent photos and list of replacement items required. now these cowboys are arguing could have washed and wiped them down told them because of there ineptitude stupidity and miss management suck it up . Can't believe for a ten pounds worth of goods they are quite happy to blame there customers and cause alienation they cause by their penny pinching mentality and obvious cowards that won't omit their own failures.
Updated to reflect obtuse puerile responses given by their customer service now elevated to Director level who now is insisting get the damaged goods out of the bin and give back the undamaged goods and cancel the whole order in it's entirety so get penalised twice . Only asked for a partial refund for the goods binned but now out of spit and pettiness, you're getting nothing attitude applied. Unfortunately, bin collected today, so I'm stuck in limbo and out of pocket and will leave the people who read this to decide on the ethics and morals of this business and if want to give them ago

I have been ordering from this company for about 18 months. I have bought everything from flip flops, Bio-oil to protein bars. All my orders have been dispatched promptly, well packaged and arrived exactly as expected.

I think when ordering only a few small items the price of postage could be a lot cheaper. Postage was more than the items I ordered. That's the only reason for 3 star rating, would have been 5 Otherwise.

2nd order, just as good as the first. Superbly packaged, nothing damaged. Some real care gone into this, and it shows! Cannot fault in any way, will definitely use again. 5 stars.
