Cheap flights tickets and very easy to book online.

A strange performance a simple spelling error of my name (same name in shortened format) turned into a two hour nightmare. Where it was easier and cheaper with CheapoAir to change carrier rather than accept charges to amend Christian name from Tim to Timothy made only a matter of hours earlier - overal quite alarming

i am a frequent user and am not always satisfied - in fact many times I am utterly disappointed. reason: 1. it needs to be clearer that the dates are alternatives to the request 2. that the transit time is long 3. that the prices don't change after you give in all your credit card details and be told that the price has gone up by a huge amount of money.
I felt cheated on more than one occasion and as I write I still have a billing transaction awaiting to be removed from my credit card because you changed the price of the flight and I did not buy it. on my credit card statement I have reserved transaction. totally unacceptable. I had to then buy a single ticket to ensure I leave on the day I want to but this is costing me as much as my original booking which did not happen because the price shot up. very unhappy now. your staff on the phone are very nice and kind but the system you use makes me feel i'm going to be disappointed. to be honest I;m thinking of using the services of a travel agency from now on. I have been disappointed too many times.

First-class. I have booked flights frequently with the company, and there has never been a problem. There's normally a huge choice, arranged in ascending price order, and you know exactly what you're going to have to pay - no hidden extras tacked on at the end. The website is user-friendly, and they tell you if you could get the same flight at a lower price by being flexible with dates. You can always give them a ring if there's a problem - once I had to change the date of an outward journey, and they sorted it out very efficiently. Definitely to be recommended.

I have just purchased a ticket to Travel from london Heathrow and in the last minute they switched from Heathrow to standtead airport without me noticing this return tickets being switched. Therefore I am complaining regarding this matter to the application management and the sails representative of CheapOair .

I have been using CheapOair for a few years now and find their website easy to use and that helps me to buy the best flights for my wife and I when we travel. Made a mistake with our return date and phoned up the helpline so that it could be corrected. Only took about five minutes on the phone to make the necessary changes and all was well.

Normally love using your service but this year wasn't so good. We were very disappointed. Clicked on a flight choice only to find it was £110 more than advertised. That's never happened to me before and I wasn't happy but needed to get the flights booked as long haul! I'd still use you again but I'd search more options next time.

I usually book my flights online. However, today I needed the help of your customer helpline. I was connected to someone in a far away country who needed me to repeat everything. She took so long that I logged in and did it myself. She eventually quoted more expensive options. I'm happy with the deal I found, but CheapOair customer service staff are not always up to the mark.
