If i could rate this agency more than 5 i would rate it 10.I would recommend this agency any time. After I missed my flight they help me so much they tried so hard to resolve this issue and with so much effort trying for hours, putting me at first priority they managed to rescheduled my flight. I talked to many of the team members through this process and finally I can’t named it who exactly helped me out as they all work as a team. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE THANK YOU MAZE!!!!
I called incredibly stressed out about accidentally booking a flight without the cancellation policy. The kindest woman named maze helped me! she reassured me that everything would be okay. She was also very efficient and managed to check on me several times while I was hold. That was the best customer service that I have ever received! Because of her kindness and understanding is the reason why I’ll be booking again!!

Had an email confirming our flight then an email saying it's not confirmed. We called and they added more taxes to the flight.
We tried to book a short flight on CheapOflyt and got a confirmation email saying it's booked. 1 min later we get an email saying they have been trying to contact us with no reply and said our flights are not confirmed and we have to call. We called and they said the airline added taxes so we have to pay more. This is a scam and a waste of time! If any travel agency runs this scam I will not use them. I have to go through the whole booking process to realize that's not my price. The only credit I give them is they did cancel the booking when we called again. But I'm sure if 24 hours passed we wouldn't have been so fortunate. We are still waiting to see if we get charged and if that's the case we will contact our credit card company to report them as fraudulent. I'm making this review to just say be careful when using cheapoflyt.

Not transparent! This has all the markings of a scam
Not transparent, seems like a scam. I wanted to book a last minute flight due to a family emergency and when I searched flights on Google, Cheapoflyt gave a price which was around $150 cheaper than the airline website (Qatar Airways). After the payment, they gave a reference number (not an airline ticket number) and someone from a call center (in India I guess) called me back and said that since this is a last minute flight and the flight is overbooked, I have to pay an additional $111 per flight ($222 in total). I didn't want to pay extra for a flight that they showed me as available in their reservation system and after some back and forth the call center guy said that he will check with his manager and kept me on hold After around five minutes he came back and said "after further discussions with his manager" they decided to bear the additional cost by themselves (how thoughtful!!!) but asked me to pay an additional tax of $109. This seemed really fishy and I asked him to call me back after 30 mins and did the same ticket reservation through the airline web site ($150 more, but it was worth that the mess that they wanted me to go through). When they called back, I asked to cancel my ticket request. What I understood is they show a lower price and collect the credit card details when the customer does the reservation. Afterwards, they call the customer and try to add additional charges on top of that and then try to do the actual ticket reservation for an inflated price. Be aware!

I can not say enough good things about Scionn White, he is patient and so very kind. My friend and I were booking flights and were having a bit of a problem and Scionn stayed on the phone and help us through and made sure that all our questions were answered. Honestly give this man a raise he was the best!!!

I applied for a refund due to the lack of communication when our flight was booked, I first emailed over 2 months ago, had a 'we are looking into it' email after 2 weeks and now no response after repeated follow ups... not happy

Scam (or at least very dodgy).
Scam (or at least very dodgy).
Booked flights, went to pay and their system is unable to process as others have said.
Called their center as advised and was told the seats are unavailable. Call center worker advised they can in fact get seats on my requested flight, but due to 'false availability' there is an additional $77 in the fares.
I 'umm'd and ahh'd' over the phone whilst opening a new tab, and booked through Jetstar directly. Got the same flights/times for only $12 more than Cheapofly were advertising initially.
TL:DR - paid $12 to NOT get overcharged by these muppets.

The best travel agent I have ever had…
The best travel agent I have ever had my tickets booked from. Special thanks to Sharon Williams as she is such a lovely travel agent.
