Site has been gone for a week no news on them coming back. have my last order and payment since Tuesday and no replies to mails. Used to be good but this last year nothing but weird problems.

Couldn’t have asked for a better service, placed an order yesterday at 12:00 mid-day, paid for the faster delivery, received my tracking number before 6pm yesterday, received my package this morning! At first this site was Amazing. I placed 3 orders and they turned up within 2 days without paying the 8.99 for next day delivery. You can also earn points to go towards your next order. Brilliant I thought. So my last order only came to 26pounds as I used my points to place the order. My last order was on the 2nd of September but today MHCONSULTANTS PAKISTAN withdrew £80.04 from my account leaving me £51.89 overdrawn. I did not order anything and cannot get hold of them to refund me my money or even an explanation. I've had to cancell my debit card as if they can do that at anytime they please well you can guess the rest. Please think before paying these people. I gave them a five star rating and a brilliant write up until today. I'm very upset as I thought you could trust these guys.

The products are always well packaged and looked after, delivery is on point for time however the loyalty points don’t make much difference and aren’t really worth earning and other sites do offer better discounts for loyalty and just random occasional discounts on top of that. Lastly there are some products that are listed on the website that would be better for me but are always out of stock where as I’ve seen them in stock at other similar sites so unsure why they are listed if they never have them here? So I would say for the essientials it’s top notch but if you’re wanting certain more specific varieties when it comes to products and care then there are other sites out there.
