If I could, I'd give zero stars.
A letter arrived in the post with my name and address from Check Finance saying that their records indicate that I may be due compensation on my previous car finance agreement!
I've never had car finance! In fact, I don't have a licence and never intend to drive. I'm very concerned as to where they got my details.
Reported the company to the FCA.

I’ve received a letter about car finance.
I’ve never had car finance so were has this company got my details from.
I believe this company cannot be trusted as it must have bought my information from somewhere

Absolutely a scam!! Searched to company and it was a car parking lot! So many other scam reviews. Received a letter in the post today saying the same information as everyone else. DO NOT SCAN the bar code on letter.

Unsolicited letter arrived today with an address that appears to be a dentist... um!

Had a letter like many others. Saying 'Our records indicate you may be due compensation'. Checked them out. They have no records. Scam. Beware.

CheckFinance is a scam,recieved a letter saying our records show you may be due compensation,I looked up the address on the letter which was a London address ITS A PARKING LOT ,so it’s a scam to get peoples details who have had car finance,please people don’t fall for it

Never had car finance, but this company sent me a letter saying i had obtained car finance and could receive £2,670 in compensation. SCAM!!

Like others received a letter stating our records indicate you may be due compensation due to previous car finance agreement.

Never had any finance agreements on car.

What records? I've never had finance for any car purchase, ever!

Unwanted, unjustified, unsolicited contact - never had Finance for a car. Be aware of this company. In addition to a letter, I am also receiving unwanted calls despite several attempts to stop all contact.

What a load of rubbish - I've never bought a car or motorbike with finance through a dealer. All vehicles were paid in full or partly with a bank loan.

I have no idea where they've got my details from and I've never had a car on Finance!

Received a letter from from CheckFinance yesterday claiming "our records indicate that you may be due compensation on your previous Car Finance Agreement"!
I have not had car finance in over thirty years.

Received a letter in the post. No idea where they got my details from and I've never had car finance!

Very quick at the beginning along with contact from solicitors. Will be interesting to see how much I end up with getting as they found 3 finance agreements to claim on.
