1. Checkify is an independent and standalone checkout solution. It provides first-party data on its own dashboards, via relevant integrations (e.g. GA4), or custom tracking scripts that can be easily added and published on the checkout and thank you pages. Due to these facts, not all data is shared with a third-party eCommerce platform. However, if Shopify dashboards are crucial, then unfortunately, Checkify may not be the right product.
2. We perform regular manual and automated checks for all provided integrations. They are built in accordance with each platform’s best practices and most recent documentation. While we have not identified any global issues with Omnisend, individual cases, though highly unlikely, still could happen. However, due to the lack of data and context, it is not possible to advise further.
3. Our support is AI- and human-powered. It is available 24/7 via email and live Intercom chat (the icon is visible on every page of the Checkify domain). There are no open or unanswered cases at this time, while our reply rate is 100%, which is confirmed by feedback from other reviewers on Trustpilot and beyond. We were unable to find any attempts to contact us. This may mean either a different email address was used or no attempt was made at all.
