Chef Akila simply makes the best curries. That’s all there is to it!

These meals were. To hot. For us but there was a lot of meat in. For the. Price well packaged. Just found the 1 Chilli was still spicy .

Have used a lot of online curry offerings & these are head & shoulders above the rest
The sauces are ideal when making your own versions as you can add extra heat or veggies
Highly recommended

Three things raised my eyebrows in pleased surprise: delivery, flavour and customer service.
1. Delivery - the order arrived promptly and very well packaged. We were in and unpacked them quickly, but I think they'd have been fine for another half-day at need.
2. Flavour - these are eat-at-home to a quality normally requiring a restaurant. The restaurant experience is its own pleasure but if you're stuck at home and love Indian food, Chef Akila is your friend.
3. Service - there was a problem with our order. I hate reporting issues but this was something I thought they'd want to investigate. I got a swift reply from a real human (or the best bot I've yet encountered!) and the problem was fixed.

They tend to be spicy-hot, but easily adjusted with a dollop of yogurt &/or some coconut milk. Free delivery requires a large order (and, therefore, a large freezer space) - but find a pal or two and order together. Your taste buds will thank you ;)

Absolutely delicious and delivered so quickly and easily

Delivery was bang on time. Mum loved the meals. E mailed constructive comment regarding the dry ice, commented that maybe a warning to use gloves is put on outside of box. Am looking forward to placing another order for her and one for me.

Fantastic meals. Good portion size, really tasty with loads good quality meat you can cook them from frozen so saves time and delivery is spot on. I would definitely recommend, I just wish they did more meals for 1

Amazing quick delivery and beautiful food

I thought I'd give it another chance and order the 2 items which I thought was the best of the lot the first time I placed an order, unfortunately for me being from that part of the world did not find the taste authentic. Thank you.

Great curries, very tasty and made with good healthy ingredients. Great to have in the freezer for busydays but equally good for a Friday night treat.

We're nearly ready to reorder these wonderful meals... we live in Wembley and have plenty of choices on asain food... but it was nice to another easy to reach out of the chest freezer that caters for all the household.

Dear chef Akila. We have ordered from you on a few occasions . And we were always very impressed with the choices w e have made. Food is absolutely fantastic....sadly we were very disappointed with your " ordering system" especially with the acknowledgement of the order. I feel that you have to sent to customers a copy of the order, Incl. the cost, address, date of delivery and so on. ) Basically I found a difficulty with this. Eventually I did manage to do it and get it but of course, I feel it would be nice, if you please, could cater for older one or disabled people.
