Our visit to check out a Mini was incredibly relaxed, with absolutely no pressure from the staff. We were free to examine the car and take it for a test drive independently, which made for a wonderful experience. The vehicle lived up to the advertisement, being in perfect condition.Prior to our trip, we received a video showcasing the car, which was a nice touch. I would definitely suggest this place to anyone looking to purchase a Mini. Plus, my wife is thrilled with the car, which certainly makes life more enjoyable for both of us.

What a great company!! Had been looking for a mini as my first ever car and saw all the already amazing reviews about this place. When we turned up we were allowed to have a wander round and weren’t pushed to make a purchase. The staff were friendly and welcoming and were happy to assist with any queries or questions we had. The whole process to buying my mini was easy the staff were very accommodating and helpful and made the process so smooth. I could not recommend their business enough turn around was super quick and they sorted everything out for me with no issues whatsoever. Please consider using them for buying yourself a mini. You won’t regret it!!

Paid £500 deposit but couldn’t go through with the purchase after only 3 days and they refused to return deposit. No mention on paperwork deposit was not refundable and they didn’t do anything in the 3 days period so no reason why they could not return deposit…….Beware !!!

Bought my car here 2 years ago which was a great experience. Come back for MOT etc each year and they are fantastic.

We went to look at a Mini and at no time were we put under any pressure, we were just left to look at the car in question and test drive the car on our own a very pleasant experience car was perfect and as describe in the advertisement.

No pressurised selling, just genuine vehicles at reasonable market prices being sold by honest people. Got a great Mini Cooper SE for my wife and she is over the moon with it. I have been buying my mini’s from Chelmsford car company for quite a few years now. I feel they are an honest family run car company, who have a sincere passion for the mini cars. Having an honest offer price on your car for a part exchange. They offer a great selection of mini’s.
There is no pressure when browsing and they are very helpful and willing to organise a test drive and talk about the features of the mini your interested in, I again will be a returning customer.
