BUYER BEWARE Online orders are a Scam
BUYER BEWARE Do not order online. You will never receive your product. I ordered online with chemist warehouse because I thought they were reputable. My order was supposed to come within 2-3 days. I called 2 weeks later, because no order had showed up. They gave me a mobile number and told me to chase it up myself. I called back, they refused to refund. Never again.

I am writing to seek clarification regarding the refund status for my recent orders.
I placed two separate orders with the following details:
1. **Order 1:** Total amount of $89.94. I have received a full refund for this transaction.
2. **Order 2:** Total amount of $99.93. For this order, I have only received a partial refund of $9.99. I am still awaiting the remaining balance of $89.94.
I have attached screenshots of my transaction history for your reference, which clearly illustrate the payments made and the partial refund received. I have attempted to resolve this issue by phone multiple times, but my calls have been disconnected after providing my case number. This repeated experience is not acceptable customer service.
I kindly request your urgent assistance in processing the outstanding refund of $89.94 for my second order. Please ensure this is resolved promptly.

I was not sent what I was ordered. I opened a support request. Heard no response for a week. So I called them. Was told I'll have to wait for the return label to be sent to me and arrange the return delivery myself. In the meantime, they are not sending my medication until the return has been received. Ordered 2 boxes of hair dye
Ordered 2 boxes of hair dye, foundation, perfume and primer. Have had half a dozen emails saying order is "despatched" (obviously have people who english is second language writing emails) then straight after another email to say half is out of stock. Then another to say its on its way, then yet again another to say they're waiting for product to arrive. I ordered to make it easier not to sit and constantly be run around in circles not even know if my products are indeed being sent or not. Absolutely useless communication and horrendous use of 'notifying' emails. NEVER AGAIN.
Chemist Warehouse Online Order Problems
Online ordering for delivery by postal service does not work. A constant message appears requesting removal of certain items and the order can never be completed. Just today, I tried placing an order. My payment was accepted, however, my order was not recognised in their system. My credit card account now has a pending charge for that order. I immediately contacted Chemist Ware and my credit card account regarding this matter. I've been told it will take up to 2 weeks for the issue to be resolved. I'm NOT impressed.

Absolutely appalling experience every time I've been here. I should never have gone back after the first incident, and I definitely won’t again.
A security tag was left on a product I had paid for (with a receipt), but instead of handling it politely, the security guard treated me like a criminal. In front of other customers, he ordered me to stand aside, unpacked all my purchases, and made me go back to the till to verify my bag—despite the alarm no longer going off. Even after a staff member confirmed it was just the tag, he accused me of trying to steal a mouthwash. Utterly humiliating and inappropriate.
On another visit, I was overcharged nearly €8 per tube for toothpaste clearly marked as half-price. When I raised it, I was met with rudeness and had the refund receipt practically thrown at me.
The final straw: I paid for a prescription after being told by the pharmacist that I could return for a refund once it became free. When I did, he was extremely rude, refused the refund, and offered a pointless alternative. I left close to tears, with my child in tow.
I’ve emailed Chemist Warehouse twice and received no reply. The customer service here is consistently rude and dismissive. Carlow has many fantastic pharmacies with kind, professional staff—this one is absolutely not worth your time or money.

Staff are always ready to help and are very friendly. It's my go to chemist for personal items and I especially love shopping there for gifts and accessories such as perfumes makeup, with assorted gifts packs for male and female of all ages. Prices are super competitive and in most cases, hard to beat. The only issue I have is I often take longer than expected shopping there as I find it hard to decide what I want haha

The cork store is extremely cramped. Everyone inside the store seems to find it hard to navigate around. I constantly hear complaints about the security in the placed and have even been followed around the store myself several times which I have never experienced before in my life!

The service in this pharmacy is extremely poor and unprofessional. I handed in my prescription and was told it would take 2 hours and 40 minutes to prepare – which is already far too long. I even left my contact details in case there were any issues.
When I came back at the time they told me, only then was I informed that there was a problem with my prescription. No one had bothered to contact me during all that waiting time. This was a complete waste of my time and showed a total lack of care or responsibility from the staff.
On top of that, the staff seemed extremely lazy and uninterested in helping customers. The overall experience was frustrating, slow, and disappointing. I would not recommend this branch to anyone who values their time and good service.

I wrote to them the following today:
Hi.
Yesterday, my wife went to your Queen Street branch to pick up my blister packs for my prescribed medications.
But one of your stupid stuff made it up on the spot and gave it to her, saying that there is no more repeat, even though I am supposed to have one more repeat and my blister pack was already in your store room ready to be picked up.
So I had to take 20 minutes to go to your shop all the way from my place this afternoon to correct your mistakes.
And one of your staff , a short Chinese guy with eye-glasses on, corrected your errors and gave me the right package of medications.
However, he did not even apologize for this inconvenience that you caused, which is awful customer service - it is not even customer "service", I would say, though I understand that in this primitive backward country you don't have even a custom of saying sorry for whatever inconvenience that you cause to your customers.
Anyway, as such, I am planning to switch pharmacies for my prescribed prescription from Chemist Warehouse Downtown to somewhere else.

Tried to order online only vit d and required to make a call to the pharmacist. Called the next morning and the pharmacist was rude and not friendly at all. She assured me the vit d would be dispatched on the same day but nothing happened. Had to do another phone call to speak to another pharmacist who couldn’t explain why they have not been dispatched. I was travelling from USA on vacay and needed an Rx. I visited the Hobart City Centre location. The chemist empathized (I was in a lot of pain and discomfort) and despite being busy he provided a consult. I was relieved because I was not sure what my other options were. ER didn't make sense. And no clue where the GP practices are. I was grateful I secured my consult with a prescription and was on my way to recovery. Thank you!
Warning about buying online thru CWH
A big warning about buying anything with a CWH online order: I was told by Carnegie store "we don't keep it (blood pressure monitor) in-store - you need to do an on-line order". So went ahead accordingly. Product arrived from USA -totally unusable from onset - just flashes odd numbers. CWH/IWorld just farmed my complaint off to some electrical place who appear to specialize in repairing record players - they charge big money for delivery to/from. What lower level of service can CWH reach?
