Ordered a purse back in February. Was sent tracking numbers which showed it was in Italy, but then it never got any further. Contacted customer service and they said they would send out another one. Here it is mid April and I have received nothing. This is a scam don’t fall for it.

I ordered a purse from here. They got my money but I never received the purse.
I guess this company is a scam. My order was in February.

Awful experience. Ordered Nov 3, 2025, paid in full, tax and shipping. Tracking showed it being shipped from Italy, stuck in Italian customs, etc. Then one tracking came through from China (the real one). When I finally received my item in mid-January, I had to go pick it up at the post office. Why? They made a counterfeit label, and I had to pay postage. AGAIN.

Minus everything from customer service to response time. I purchased the dragon which I thought it would be better quality is cheap plastic I paid $14.99 and I was asking for my refund back because it is so cheap and they said they can only give me $5 back I didn't want shipping and handling I just want the original purchase price refunded I will never use this company again.

Ordered Xmas candles from Cherishty.com. Ordered in Nov. and received in Jan. The candles are inferior and poorly made. Did not look like the photos shown. I would never give as a hostess gift or etc., Embarrassing craftsman ship. I would return but seriously don’t think I would receive a refund from this company.
