I sincerely doubt I could be handling the complicated and niche mortgage application process in which I find myself without Nick Wilson at Cherry Mortgages. His extensive knowledge of products, unparalleled experience and utter professionalism are impressive but he has consistently gone above and beyond to assist me in remortgaging/borrowing as part of a court ordered divorce settlement. Despite having faced several unusual challenges with the process, he has never let this affect his hard work on my behalf, his personable manner, nor his creative options for dealing with the minefield of mortgage products and options for securing me the best deals. Nick takes the time to get to know client needs, is thorough and exacting in finding the relevant financial information and liaises effectively on clients’ behalf. He communicates clearly and promptly and I feel 100% confident in this process. I doubt I would be in the promising position I am now of being able to fulfil the court order without Nick’s expert guidance and relentless work on my behalf. I am extremely grateful for having found such an outstanding mortgage broker and I cannot recommend Cherry, and Nick Wilson in particular, highly enough.

Simon was great throughout the whole process of remortgaging. He was very knowledgeable and presented us with a range of options, being transparent the whole way through. He made remortgaging a smooth process from start to finish and was always easily contactable if we had any questions. He worked efficiently and kept us updated every step of the way. This was my first time having my home remortgaged, Lee from Cherry Mortgages was brilliant through this whole process and really made the process painless and easy to follow. He helped with clearing debt, remortgaging my home and my life insurance, Could not recommend Cherry Mortgages enough.

Nick Wilson, whom I have never met or dealt with, emailed out of the blue about a matter he clearly knew nothing about. However, rather than make further enquiries he chose to write abusive and slanderous comments about me in what was supposed to be formal correspondence. A complaint has been raised, but if this is representative of how they operate, I would recommend to steer clear of Cherry Mortgages, and Nick Wilson in particular!

Lee has been simply amazing throughout the entire process, helping me understand the process of obtaining a mortgage as well as being involved throughout the sale process offering advice and keeping lines of communication open with the Estate Agent.

I cannot recommend Lee enough, and knowing that Cherry Mortgages will be there to help with renewals is a huge weight off my mind.

Simon made the process very easy, great professional service and got us the best deal for our family.

We can't thank Lee enough for all the help, support and advice he has given us.
We hadn't moved house in 24 years so to say it was a daunting experience is an understatement. But having Lee on board to guide us every step of the way I can honestly say he made it a pleasure to move.

Dont think i could have gone through this process without him. I am a first time buyer and so new to all things mortgages and buying a house, throughout the process he has been so helpful and knowledgeable, even when we came up against some challenges he did the up most to try and find a solution day in day out.

They say buying a house is stressful, but having a good mortgage advisor is crucial to removing at least some of that stress! Will use Lee and Cherry Mortgages again.

Superb communication, assistance when the purchase became tricky (due to the vendor), put me in touch with further professional financial advice, and kept checking in to make sure the transaction was happening smoothly. Would highly recommend Simon Armstrong.
He liaised with my conveyancer, the bank and estate agents to make sure all parties were informed and kept up to speed.

Simon is always keeping us informed of the processes, every step is explained.

Lee made our remortgage a very easy process! From Speed of feedback, answering all questions, assistance on documents, a clear explanation of costs, different options and considerations to most importantly stress free experience!
All covered and done with no longer than 3 weeks with a pleasant dialogue, patience when needed and in the end a great result.
