The 1 star reviews are from people who watched a certain Youtube video. It has been reported to Trustpilot twice to do something about the fake reviews which Trustpilot has an obligation under UK Law to do but Trustpilot just ignores the issue

staff are vile.

Don’t be deceived by the negative reviews. This place has been subject to review bombing by children that have never stepped foot in Birmingham. I’ve been here multiple times and it’s a great place.

Very bad service, very RUDE staff. Coffee is not good either. Had a very bad and traumatic experience at this place. Mainly because of the rude staff!!!

Please avoid this place at all costs.
Not worth of spending your time ánd money in a place who don't value other people.

If self-righteousness could be ground into beans, this place would have the best coffee in town. Unfortunately, the staff seem more interested in judging customers than serving them. A remarkable achievement for a business whose entire purpose is serving customers.

Coffee was proper mid, tasted like someone waved a bean at hot water and called it a day. Service though? State of it. Asked for a top-up on me americano, girl behind the counter looked at us like I’d asked to marry her. Fella makin’ the drinks sighin’ like I’m the inconvenience of his whole shift, rollin’ eyes, mutterin’ to his mate — dead unnecessary, la.

Tables stickier than a scouser’s Bez Boots on a Saturday neet. Asked twice for a wipe-down, got ignored twice. Went to say ta on me way out, got nothin’ back but a blank gob.

One star. Mid coffee I could live with, la — the attitude though? Get in the sea.

Unfortunately the staff were rude, service was slow and the place was grubby and smelt like armpit. Wouldn’t recommend.

Rude staff, food wasn’t cooked properly and coffee was Luke warm at best. Avoid.
