I received my M*A*S*H 48th Anniversary shirt yesterday May 1st 2020 Friday. I absolutely LOVE it. I have had several compliments in it already. It is made of great quality. I will be ordering more. I have already told a couple of friends about where to buy shirts.

First time buyer and very impressed with quality of shirt and print. Communication of order receipt as well as shipment was easy. I received emails at order placement, order shipped and even an email to notify my the package had been delivered.

First, the telephone design/sales team is very professional and knowledgable. I have ordered two custom doors and the process from order to delivery was seamless. The craftsmanship and beauty of the doors exceeded my expectations.

This is easy: one will not find a better-run business than Cherry Tree Design and the product is phenomenal. From the web site to the real people on staff who are passionate about what they do, CTD is first in its class. About the doors we bought...not only through our amateur eyes are they stunning but the master carpenters who built our custom home were very impressed with the quality. Worth ten stars.

Ordering process went well. Doors arrived with severe damage. 60 days later I still do not have replacement parts. Many calls, no action even after promises. Tried hard to like the process and company but really not working out!

Cherry Tree provided great design help and I carefully reviewed all measurements before signing off on the order, but one of the door tracks was shipped with the wrong width. Fortunately, it was too long and the installer had experience and the right tools to cut it properly. One other recommendation I would make is to stain all sides of pieces that could be installed with either side visible to the room, such as a narrow groove bottom track. The product looks great and creates the effect we wanted.

From the receptionist to the staff on the order desk, to the fabricators, to the shipping department to the absolute quality of the product, there is everything to like.

From a practical standpoint, the shoji doors from Cherry Tree Design create a nice partition between rooms. The thing that makes these special is the beautiful craftsmanship. They are gorgeous! Everyone who comes to our home notices them and asks about them. It is clear that the folks at Cherry Tree Design take pride in their work. From the first contact, to the packaging and final delivery, it was clear that they truly care about creating a fine product and an excellent customer experience.

Very well made shoji doors. The plywood kick panels could be a better stain match to the solid cherry elsewhere, but overall very attractive and well constructed. Customer service was very good. Crating for shipment was excellent, which is a good thing. FedEx Freight was a nightmare to deal with, lost (then found) one of the two packages, and obviously treated them very roughly.

It has been a year since I received my sliding shoji doors, but since we did an extensive remodel, my review got lost in my inbox. I hope it is not too late to send in this review, because if anyone deserves a 5 star review, it is this company, and more particularly the customer service.
The quality and beauty of the doors are unsurpassed and I would recommend (and have) to anyone. The customer service rep spent much time helping me through all the details, including selection, design, delivery, and installation. Do not hesitate to purchase from this company. I am very happy with Cherry Tree Design and my experience with the company was outstanding. Most importantly, the shoji screens look great! The craftsmanship and materials used are of very high quality. I did have an issue with the mounting shelf being damaged during transportation, but I called and they took care of it the next day. The customer service is very responsive and I was happy with how they took care of the issue. I thought the Cherry Tree Design website was very informative and the instructions that came with the product were clear and straightforward.

My door set arrived with no damage beautifully crafted. Customer service was excellent every time I callled with questions. I did a lot of research on Shoji doors and found Cherrytree the best in quality and value. My only issue is what to do with the crate it came in, my contractor took it away to cut up and dispose. Would like to see it recycled.

It came in a crate, packed perfect, in perfect condition. Easy install. Only negative, the measurement for the height opening needs to measure to allow for carpet or other finished flooring.

Cherry Tree's packaging and dimensions are excellent. This is my second order and the previous one has lasted many years with no issues. One oddity is that when closing the three panel, the middle screen must be moved independently rather than just having the middle screen be pulled by the outer screen. There are nice stops in the bottom guide so that no adjustment needs to be made when closing.

Looked everywhere in Bay Area. Nothing Found these guys, done deal Arrived early and was perfect. Solid construction.
