Absolutely faultless!! Our 3 lads came on time the day prior to our removal day and on the morning of the removal. Amazingly efficient, quiet and calm, making the whole moving experience easier. Because we were relocating 2+hours away, and had items in storage, another van load came 2 days later with 4 lads. Again so efficient and the job done in 2 hours!! From first visit and estimation the service was excellent
Duncan was helpful and informative and Paula on reception always answered promptly and gave sound advise. We have requested storage and look forward to the team delivering our property In a few weeks time

The Removal Vehicle turned up on time, the 3 guys doing the House move were efficient, professional and above all else friendly, nothing was to much trouble for them, they explained what they were going to do and in what order they were going to do it, the furniture etc was all on the vehicle within approximately 2 1/2 hours, this included the garage and garden, when we got to our new property our belongings were efficiently taken in and put exactly where we wanted them without any complaints whatsoever, all in all the move couldn’t have gone any better and we were extremely satisfied, we would highly recommend Cheshire Removals to anyone who is about to move home.

They are probably the best trader I have used . They are super professional . The removal guys are super strong 💪 and fast efficient polite ! I would definitely have no hesitation to recommend them ! Great job to the lads who have made my removal sooth and stress free ! Thanks a lot !

There are many removals companies and after researching them, I booked Cheshire Removals who had moved my partner last year and also a friend's son. Just to say a big thank you to Jay and the guys for my move last month - they were really efficient and friendly, arrived on time and seemed to load my furniture in no time at all. We had got everything ready for them and they were out of my flat in about 50 minutes! Took a bit longer unloading but everything was fine.
Thanks also to Paula and Janet for everything beforehand making the arrangements, they were friendly on the phone, and flexible as, in the end, it was quite last minute. I would recommend Cheshire Removals to anyone.

Paula and Janet were lovely from the start and were able to get us booked in at short notice. The 3 lads who came to collect were very polite, efficient and professional. Everything was handled with care and communication was great throughout. Would highly recommend 👌

Honestly, having just moved house these guys are a god send… they took aww all worry… we went to the pub and came home to an empty home..arrived at new home…. And they recreated our last home….
I had 25 boxes of books.. these lads took them up 3 floors and didn’t complain once… I winced in silent gratitude for each box!
100% worth it… 100% smashed it!!

The lads on the day were great and did exactly the job required. Office not great, On the day of removal, received a passive-aggressive call from Pauline at 2 pm, informing us the team would be "standing down" at 4:30 pm if our solicitors didn't get a move on. We had taken their "Late Key" option at there adice at the quote, and turns out somewhere hidden in the t&c',s late key means 4:30pm.
With the majority of house moves completing late afternoon, it is worth paying for not a call you want / expect!
other better value options out there that will give you the flexibilty that comes with a house move.

There were a few administrative frustrations with having not been given the Ts&Cs. And the movers had got the time incorrect & called to say they were soon to be with me, but had arranged a specific time later than this. But all fine in the end.
I had a piano moved from a 1st floor flat which had a tight stair-well. Some damage to the piano, but seemed inevitable. I wonder if the men wouldn't have told me if I hadn't have brought it up with them however.

The initial arrangements were dealt with effectively and easily. Van arrived at promised time, removal men were extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. The move was executed in good time and without a hitch.

This was the best moving experience I’ve ever had.
After being let down by multiple people I called and they came on the day maybe a hour after I phoned them. Janet was so helpful, she was so kind and got it sorted for me in minutes. The van arrived promptly and was definitely suited to what we needed. The lads took really good care of everything, were very professional and obviously knew what they were doing.
I feel they were very competitively priced and would 100% recommend to anyone moving anything.

I've received several reminders to leave a review, so I will now leave an honest review. The price was £1500 more than one other quote we got, but £1000 less than the third quote and Cheshire could do our dates, so we went with them. The ladies in the office were a pleasure to deal with, as was the man who came out to do the site survey. Most of the moving men were pleasant, polite and professional. However, there was one who seemed to be in charge who was very loud and aggressive and did a HUGE amount of complaining and shouting. It was very, very stressful. He said that Cheshire's surveyor had massively undercalculated how much there was to move and was "an idiot", he said he "didn't have time" to look at the map we'd done showing which room each box was supposed to go in (meaning things were just left anywhere in the new house and it has been a huge job to move things round ourselves despite paying over £4K to Cheshire for a professional move). It was a really difficult and uncomfortable couple of days. Our move was priced on the basis of taking 3 days but it got done in 2 only because my husband and brother joined in and did a full day's hard work on day 2 rather than endure a third day. I emailed Cheshire on the evening of Day 1 to express some concerns and I asked for an urgent reply, but no reply at all was received.

I can thoroughly recommend this company. We moved on a very wet December day and the team did their upmost to keep the house clean as they moved the contents of the house into the van. Paula and Janet in the office were always on hand to offer advice and help pre move and Duncan was friendly and helpful in providing a pre move quote. The team on the day were chatty and polite and worked very hard to get the job done for us and remained cheerful even when the day dragged on waiting for keys. Thank you to everyone involved in our move, you made a stressful day less stressful!
